Dear Seda, Thank you for your feedback and for bringing this matter to our attention. We’re pleased to hear that you found the hotel clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. Regarding the missing sweatpants, we did follow up with our laundry company and also conducted a thorough check of our back-of-house areas. As mentioned during your check-out, we would have contacted you immediately if anything had been found. Unfortunately, despite our efforts, we were unable to locate the item. We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused and understand how upsetting it must have been for your daughter. Please accept our apologies for this experience.
