Otel temiz ve konforluydu. Metro istasyonuna yakın konumda. Sadece konaklama esnasında kızımın beyaz bir eşofman altı kayboldu. Islandığı için yatakların üzerinde seriliydi. Dokusu benzediği için kirli çarşaflara veya havlulara karıştığını düşünüyorum. Otel resepsiyonuna söyledik ancak konuyla ilgilendiklerini düşünmüyorum. Kızım en sevdiğim kıyafetimdi diye üzüldü. Onun dışında bir sorun yaşamadık.

Regarding the missing sweatpants, we did follow up with our laundry company and also conducted a thorough check of our back-of-house areas. As mentioned during your check-out, we would have contacted you immediately if anything had been found. Unfortunately, despite our efforts, we were unable to locate the item.
