Awsome staff We came here for NYE with my family. The booking provider made a mistake and did not book a room for my 2 kids as well. But here comes the best experience ever. At the reception Denise really made the difference by finding us the best solution possibile. My compliments to her problem solving and the whole hotel staff. I strongly recomend the hotel!See you next time!

We had a terrific time at Novotel Blackfriars, very nice, clean and comfortable hotel, it was the perfect location to explore London during the Christmas season. The breakfast was great as well. In particular we want to thank Sanam for her great energy and service with a big smile every morning at breakfast. She is a real gem for the company!

Recently stayed this hotel and would stay again if going to London. Very close to southwark station in the evening time we stayed near the hotel and there were nice bars around The Ring ( which had lovely food and great ambience) and also the lord Nelson. The rooms were standard and clean. Nice Ritual products in the bathroom Staff were very helpful and friendly.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel recently, and I must say that Attila and Denisa went above and beyond to ensure I had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, they were welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive to my needs. Their exceptional service made my stay comfortable and memorable. It’s rare to find staff who truly care about guests, and I felt well taken care of throughout my visit. Highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding hospitality!

Excellent Christmas meal at Jamboree Foodfest & Bar!

We had a great group Christmas dinner tonight at Jamboree. Our group started with 9 people but grew to 12, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. They kept extending our tables so we had enough space and didn’t feel cramped. The customer service was excellent—helpful, efficient, and attentive. The food was also very good, and everyone enjoyed their meal. It came out quickly too, which we really appreciated. The price of the food was also very decent. Thank you to the team, and especially to Ms. Anjali, at Jamboree for making our dinner such a great experience. We would definitely return next year for our Christmas party!
