I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel recently, and I must say that Attila and Denisa went above and beyond to ensure I had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, they were welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive to my needs. Their exceptional service made my stay comfortable and memorable. It’s rare to find staff who truly care about guests, and I felt well taken care of throughout my visit. Highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding hospitality!

Excellent Christmas meal at Jamboree Foodfest & Bar!

We had a great group Christmas dinner tonight at Jamboree. Our group started with 9 people but grew to 12, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. They kept extending our tables so we had enough space and didn’t feel cramped. The customer service was excellent—helpful, efficient, and attentive. The food was also very good, and everyone enjoyed their meal. It came out quickly too, which we really appreciated. The price of the food was also very decent. Thank you to the team, and especially to Ms. Anjali, at Jamboree for making our dinner such a great experience. We would definitely return next year for our Christmas party!

The position and the breakfast are ok. But the room has a very old carpet with stains and a desk with old glue on the shelf. In the bathroom the sink was smelly and the soap bottle was empty (and not replaced), Internet not very good. Staff was very nice.

Not bad for an overnight trip

Myself, my wife, our 5 year old and little dog visited the hotel for 1 night stay. Upon booking I did highlight it was our Wedding Anniversay and my wife's Birthday. Normally a hotel would at least acknowledge this with chocolates and bottle of something in the room. There was no acknowledgement of this throughout our stay which was disappointing. Again normally they will provide dog bowl or a treat in the room but nothing. The hotel was clean and staff were polite room was good and plenty of space compared to other London hotels. Used the swimming pool which was decent enough, but please warm up the changing room it was colder than a fridge not fun getting a toddler dry in there. Overall though for a quick stop not too bad
