The staff provide exceptional service, demonstrating genuine friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail, making every guest feel truly valued. Special touches such as a complimentary room upgrade and thoughtful welcome gifts enhance the sense of indulgence. The spacious and beautifully designed suite ensures comfort and relaxation, while dining at The Grill delivers consistently high-quality cuisine. We chose The Savoy to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary, and it was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel genuinely special throughout our stay. The hotel was immaculate, with everything beautifully presented. Afternoon tea was excellent — elegant, delicious, and perfectly served — and dinner at the Savoy Grill was outstanding, a real highlight of our celebration. The Christmas decorations were simply wonderful and added a magical touch to the whole experience. We felt thoroughly spoilt from start to finish and couldn’t have chosen a better place to mark such a special milestone. A truly memorable stay, and one we will cherish.

Pure luxury and impeccable service

My husband booked us a night at the Savoy for my birthday and it is pure luxury. We had an amazing time and felt very spoilt. We had a complimentary room upgrade and a present of a lovely scented candle, half a bottle of champagne and chocolate with a lovely birthday note. The architecture and the decor is of course special and iconic. The staff are faultless with impeccable service. What is great is that they are all really happy to be working at The Savoy. And they treat every guest as someone special. The food at the grill was excellent as always and of course the iconic American bar with amazing cocktails. We had breakfast in our room and it was a feast! I had the continental breakfast with the freshest and tastiest bowl of berries. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to go back- it is true perfection

Stunning Christmas decorations in the Reception area. It feels magical and definitly well worth visiting this iconic Hotel. Food was amazing.... Can highly recommend.

Had a wonderful stay at The Savoy which meets all of the requirements of a luxury stay in the heart of London. Location is of course excellent, the lobby is inviting and warm especially as it was decorated for the Christmas period. We were fortunate to have a one bedroom suite which was specious and beautifully decorated. Perhaps however the bathroom / shower could do with some modernization and the shower especially was a bit small. There was also noise outside from renovation works which I thought we could have been warned about. Staff were extremely friendly throughout and service prompt and professional. I would highly recommend.
