Our fourth visit since last August, did they go for the jugular this time ? Our newly refurbed room was out of this world, immaculately presented, tastefully decorated and furnished beautifully. The bathroom and shower were amazing with underfloor heating. Lighting and air conditioning all touch control, this is one impressive piece of accommodation. All the staff no matter where they were, what they were doing or job title without exception were all perfect, could not be more helpful or polite. On reflection I am a little bit sick, because this establishment is hammering my bank balance 😉 We are already planning our next possibly four visits before the end of the year!!!! Another amazing stay at The Savoy

This was our second stay at the Savoy as a family of four with two kids aged 8 and 12. Stayed in the Luxury Double room again but was surprised to see the remodeled version of room 508 (had same type of room last year) which was amazing. The attention to detail and the professionalism of the team at the Savoy from the days preceding your check in to your check out is quite simply outstanding. You feel right at home from the day you step foot on the property to your departure. Our kids got to enjoy an Easter morning egg hunt organized by the hotel which was phenomenal. Went out of our way to stay at the Savoy on our way to Spain as our family truly enjoys the city and the hotel, can't recommend enough.

Outstanding hotel

The Savoy hotel is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff are warm and make you so welcome. Arthur checked myself and my husband into the hotel and he was so professional, friendly and so helpful. We were also very impressed by Hannah in the reading room she provided excellent service but again was so welcoming. Staying at the savoy is a fantastic experience and would highly recommend it and can’t wait to return

Our first afternoon tea visit

Afternoon tea. Our first visit and won’t be our last. Food a service first class! You could ask for more food and hot drinks without be charged extra. One negative point. The management didn’t enforce the dress code. We saw 3 gentlemen in jeans and trainers. I also saw a gentleman in shorts. This according to the dress rules is not allowed. I was told by staff members this is hard to police. You wouldn’t be allowed in the Ritz wearing jeans and shorts. Kind of takes the elegance away from the experience.
