Great hotel. The location is ideal and the decor inside the hotel is very funny. It has everything you need for your stay in London. Quiet and clean room, good breakfast and efficient WiFi. The staff is friendly and efficient. The room itself was small ( double) but perfect for 2. The bathroom was basic but clean and the AC was working well. Definitely we will stay here again.

Our favourite hotel for short stays in London. Excellent location close to the South Bank, Tate Modern and Globe. Boat connection to Tate Britain. Easy to reach from Waterloo. Modern, clean and well equipped room. Rooms are on the small side. Great continental breakfast (be early, can be busy), helpful and pleasant staff. Recommended.

Great, quirky hotel and loved the theme of Wicked the show. Very clean. Staff quick and happy to resolve any minor issues that occurred. Smallish rooms but that is London in general. Very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast spread but does get very busy in the mornings. Great location for visiting Borough markets and Tower Bridge of London. Can highly recommend.

Hidden gem in London!

This was our first trip to London and we knew we wanted to stay near Southbanks. This hotel had a great price so we were a bit wary but all of our fears were put aside the moment we walked up to the red carpet! Such a cute, quirky hotel in a great location. So easy to get to the bus or the tube but also a great location to walk to all of the hot spots. We always felt very safe and had a gorgeous view of the Shard from our hotel window. Plus the staff was amazing. When I made the rookie move of twisting my ankle on the cobblestones, they gave me an ice pack and asked how I was doing throughout our stay. The free breakfast left a bit to be desired but part of that may have been due to the other hotel guests. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others!

Clean, modern hotel. Well located. Pretty good inclusive breakfast (think continental rather than a full English). The room is not that big, but this is central London! The bed was big. The staff are helpful. It is a good hotel to be located in for exploration.
