Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, though I am sorry to hear about your disappointing experience. What you have described is far from the standard we aim to provide, and I sincerely apologise for the multiple inconveniences you encountered during your stay. I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to face issues with your room key, there was a glitch on the system, which was fixed on the same day, unfortunately, not quickly enough to impact your experience. We have a 24/7 reception available to be able to open the doors manually for everyone during that. Despite not being what you expected, everyone was able to enter the room within 5 minutes. I also regret any confusion regarding air conditioning. Our rooms are featured with an air cooling system and not a traditional air conditioner unit; however, if you saw the information on our website or third parties, I would appreciate it if you could share it with me so I can modify it. While I know this experience has impacted your impression of us, I hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in the future.
