Très bon hôtel Mais comment peut-on ne pas avoir de réceptionniste qui parle français dans le groupe français ACCOR??????????? Serveurs du restaurant notamment lors du petit-déjeuner peu aimables et retirant l'assiette avant d'être finie

Regarding your comment about French-speaking staff, as the hotel is based in London it is not a requirement for our team to speak French. However, we do have two French-speaking team members during the day and one during the night shift. We’re sorry if you did not have the opportunity to interact with them during your stay.
