Lors de mon arrivée, bien qu’ayant fait les Check In en ligne, il m’a fallu 20-30 min pour obtenir ma carte. Personnel lent; peu accueillant, même pas une salutation pendant l’attente. Mes deux réservations devaient être regroupées mais ma carte n’a pas fonctionné le deuxième jour. À nouveau 20 min d’attente pour une carte. Enfin, la carte ne fonctionne pas pour la salle de gym. Il n’y avait personne à la réception. Quand quelqu’un est arrivé, cette personne. m’a dit qu’il me faillait une nouvelle carte avec condescendance. + Petit dej tout à fait médiocre.

In regards to the the room allocated, we are sorry to hear that you have experienced the sink to be blocked. Regarding the room assigned it was actually upgraded to one of our Executive rooms, which normally has more amenities such as Nespresso Machine, Bathrobes, Slippers and Rituals Toiletries. Should you happen to decide to stay with us in the future, feel free to contact me in advance so we can have a look at reallocating one of our bigger Family Rooms, depending on the availability.
