This hotel is in walking distance to the Lanxess arena and a perfect solution for concert guests. Rooms are adequate, quiet and clean and the breakfast buffet offers all you need. Hotel has good parking spaces as well. We will be back.

The stay was good, we went to a nearby event and the facalities were all decent enough. Everything was clean and the people were nice. Matrasses and pillows weren't great (quite hard matrass and small pillows) but when taking the price into account its nothing to complain about really.

On the first day, the receptionist was not really welcoming, little cold and unfriendly. Maybe he was tired. The room was a standard room as expected. On the second day the receptionist was nicer.

Charged twice, room infested with insects

I already paid for my stay weeks before but was charged on checkin. I noticed this some couple hours after and they refunded the second charge. The first room was infested with insects all over the place, somebody must have left the window open over night. Luckily they gave me another room after I talked to the receptionist.
