Attendance team confused and almost unpolite

Although I am a long-term fan of the Ibis (and Mercure!) hotels in different places worldwide, I must confess that my recent experience in the Montes Claros Ibis hotel was a bit unpleasant. The attendance team (check-in and check-out) offered me contradictory information about a possible discount on the breakfast prices concerning my previous reservation. Besides, the check-out attendance was rude, saying that Ibis has its politics. It was necessary to explain to her that I do know the Ibis political issues, and I am confident that all previous positive experiences in Brazil, Europe, and elsewhere would not be changed by her lousy attendance. The room was ok, the shower is great, the silence perfect to rest.
