When I arrived, the receptionist gave me a key without writing the room number on it. I had to return to the reception while I was already very tired just to ask again for the room number. After that, they also forgot to give me the electricity key, and the receptionist later had to come to the room to bring it. The organization and service were not professional. In addition, the price for one night was too expensive compared to other places. I stayed in Muscat before in much cheaper hotels with better service and comfort.
