I had a business trip in Danang and stayed in your hotel for two night. I noted that your hotel is 5 stars rated and I had a chance to experience your facilities and staff. I need to think if I should stay again in your hotel due to some reasons in below: 1. Check in process is slower than I expected, even there is only me at the check in stand (I came to your hotel at about 22h30-23h00 on 15 Sep 2022), it took me about 15 minutes for the check in. 2. The food for breakfast is not so attractive and delicious. The restaurant is small. Moreover, the vegetable is not washed, there are worm droppings on the leaves (I already reported about this issue to your staff). To be honest, this made a terrible feeling for my breakfast :(

The room is beautiful, the space is luxurious, the view from the room to the outside is so majestic, I successfully proposed to my wife in the room 2011 at 9pm on September 2nd. It is a memory I will never forget and I really thank Grand Mercure for this. Not only that, the staff here are also very gentle, polite, friendly with special services and experiences. Thank you for everything. I will return to Grand Mercure.
