Frankly, I changed to other chain hotel in Da Nang city for various reasons especially noisy group tourists. I've just returned after around 3 years absence and found the best and impressive customer care from all lovely staffs. Price is reasonable and great room condition made cozy sleep. One thing, heavy repair construction of front entrance road made slightly traffic. Strongly recommend hotel in Da Nang downtown.

I arrived at 1 am after escaping the Intercon in the middle of the night because of a crazy, loud and drunk party they were having. great location which is close to san bay, rooms with good view with Han River and 2 famous bridges, good service from all the staff and very yum breakfast, always an ideal place to stay in Da Nang!

I only stayed at Grand Mercure for 1 night so there was not much to say, However the services were rather excellent, from the booking process, to the checking in and the airport transfer services. Especially, the staff at the reception was particularly helpful. However the room was too close to the airport so it was quite noisy sometimes.

I feel that Im part of the family, everytime I stay in this hotel. The treatment to the guest is very special. I like keep coming back. The food is also good and many choices. The environment neaeby is also good. There's a nearby tennis court, where you can play a good tennis with other players.
