I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Royal, the staff was really well-trained and made you feel home. I enjoyed swimming pool at rooftop bar with a break-taking view, breakfast was really high standards. I just took 5 minutes heading to old town, and other stores. I am sure that I will recommend for my friends when they want to visit Hoi An

What a nice hotel with helpful staff and managers. I was treated with warm welcome from Front office and Restaurant also. They answered all my questions and recommend for me a lot of places. I love the coffee at breakfast, and signature main courses. The room conditions were also really nice and we could enjoy the sunrise on the early morning. Thank you Hoi An Hotel Royal team.

Had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Royal, and impressed with the teams service, the hotel facilities - especially the rooftop *and* courtyard pool. Plus spacious gym and expansive breakfast. Team was so accommodating and was lovely overal.

R m Couples - TripAdvisor review

Stayed here for 3 nights. Changed rooms on the first night as the walls are paperthin and not sound proofed. The 2 night time guys at the front desk couldn't have been any less interested in dealing with the situation and initially told us the hotel was fully booked before miraculous being able to show us 2 different rooms after alot of 'huffing' and playing with their personal phones. Rest of stay was fine and breakfast is decent sized do you won't be hungry in the Am At night the restaurants are empty but didn't eat so can't comment. Massage is not great either with the lady giving it having hard callousus on her hands and the technique equated to anything rough- had a sore spine for 2 days after- better in the local street shops at cheaper cost Apparently it's been refurbished too but still needs spruced up in areas Overall you won't be blown away but it's clean and comfortable enough

Please rest assured, the issue was addressed to our Maintenance Team and they in turn working hard on that to reduce the level of noise. From the moment we checked in, our room, the top floor room, the easy walking distance yet far enough away from the noise. To breakfast to general ambience the visit was memorable. Only quibble could be some additional weights for the fitness room.
