Nice, clean ond a modern, light feeling. Tasty breakfast with short queues. Excellent service - when I left my airpods in my room, they packed and shipped them to my home, kind and helpful all the way.

Good Hotel with reasonable price considering its Christmas season when we went to London. West Brompton tube 5 mins walk

Our room was newly renovated so everything was in good condition. Transportation very accessible to bus & tube.. Breakfast was very good a lot of varieties to choose from.

Location was fantastic due to closeness of trains, rooms were very comfortable but a little warm, very tidy and well maintained. Breakfast was very good with a fantastic choice. Security staff were great and Mo is a legend. Rooms were cleaned very well. All told can not complain.

We had a lovely stay! Great location within walking distance of West Brompton Underground Station. Check‑in was quick and easy. The room was comfortable and clean, and we appreciated being able to open the windows for fresh air. The soundproofing wasn’t perfect — we could hear some noises from other rooms — but it wasn’t disturbing. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and offered a good variety. The service was always friendly and quick. When something ran out in our room — for example, the shower gel — it was very convenient to request more through the digital service, and the delivery was fast. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money, and we can warmly recommend it to any couple looking for a great base for a busy city holiday!
