Centrally located with a few quirks

The hotel is very centrally located. Easy to get to both by car and public transport or on foot. There is discounted NCP car park nearby. My issue with the stay was just the fact that windows in the room were not isolating outside noise and the whole hotel was not centrally heated so each room has an AC. Ours was not working very well.

Great location, good, clean room, friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was very good. Only down side, on the third breakfast of our stay, the hotel ran out of eggs and substituted them with pancakes.......sorry, not even a half mark for a near miss.

Stayed for one night walked past the entrance didn’t Stand out. On entry there are two sets of doors and you need a key card to gain entry on second set of doors,confusing as no sign and you have to wait to be let in.Great security but there needs to be a sign as staff were busy at breakfast and people waiting to check in waiting behind the doors. Maybe a bell to get attention!!!Had a twin room very clean, only thing I didn’t like is couldn’t open the window. Breakfast was very nice continental lots of choice. Hotel is lovely & Staff were good and I would definitely recommend 💯.

Staff and locations great. Room perfectly met my needs as a disabled person, will differently be using this hotel on future visits to Liverpool. Great place for surrounding restaurants and close to the city center.

Great location in city centre, a smallish entrance (I walked by it twice 😂) It was a bit cold in room but overall I enjoyed my stay. I went to Liverpool for a football match and it was only ten pound in a taxi to Anfield with Alpha cabs. It was 20 pound coming back with a can picked up on street!
