On check-in I’ve received a dirty room after which I got a new one with the comment « this one should be clean, but check.. » On check-out I wasn’t even asked whether everything was ok. The location and hotel itself are good, but the cleanliness and professionalism need to be worked on.

Close to central station, clean - but don't expect a quiet night

The staff at the reception are kind and nice, this is the best of this ibis Styles. The rooms are clean, and they have what is expected at an Ibis Styles. However, the neighbourhood - streets nearby and whole area - is terribly noisy and chaotic. Don't stay here if you need silence or reduced noise to sleep. The music from the bars and people drunk in the street is so loud that even on the 5th floor you still hear it and makes it difficult to rest - probably in winter this is less of a problem, but in summer their doors are open and people party in the street. It is an area where even if there is some police, other rules operate - not recommendable to be here unless you are part of the party enjoying the late night outdoors.

Hotel located in the red light district, did not feel safe at all walking back to hotel at night. Hotel itself felt very old and dated.
