special thanks to girlie and angelo...filipinos are really the best when it comes to service...they understand and can speak english...most of the hotel staff when i travel you will need to use a translator...communication is most important when you work in a 5 star hotel because service is one of the reasons why you want to relax...the executive had yummy food while it was so nice to chill in the beach.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The room itself wasn’t particularly modern, but it was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the private balcony, which had a seating area perfect for unwinding. From there, we could access the swimming pool directly — such a nice touch! Special thanks to Khun Ing, the housekeeper who took excellent care of our room. She not only ensured everything was spotless, but also helped us with amenities in the bathroom and provided great service throughout our stay. She even let us know about the evening food and drink service the hotel offers right on the beachfront. Thanks to her recommendation, our family enjoyed a wonderful evening by the sea — a truly memorable experience.

I stay here every month and this is my favourite place to stay in Pattaya now and I would like to acknowledge the staff from the restaurant amazing service from the cocktail time and the kitchen staff are really good in making food I really like this place... Special mention service staff. Angelo,som,Karn,tana,jui,pui, trainee ja. And kitchen. Chef boy and chef jack chef gai and the front office Aya.

Expect other guests to be "value-conscious" Russians.

Cons: Nearly all the other guests were Russian and it seems that the hotel sold a lot of capacity to a package holiday company. The bathroom water temperature fluctuates (seemingly a common Thailand problem). It is an older hotel, but that's reflected in the price. Pros: The bed was great. Excellent view of beach and the sea. I was impressed by the service.
