I have stayed at the hotel a fee times now and each time i feel the experience is improving. This was my first time in the lounge and it was an absolute joy. The staff were so friendly and welcoming , they could not do enough for us. On our last night we were late arriving to the set time but we were very well looked after , which i recognise they did not need to do as it was our fault. Simon and his team have build a superb environment for people to stay and relax and his personal touches are clear to see and very welcome. Usually i steer clear of tours but along with orher friends we took a private boat organised by the hotel and it was really great value for us. Again it felt we were being looked after so well and made to feel special with pick up and drop off on the beach of the hotel .Will be coming back soon for sure , many thanks Simon and team

Excellent service and amazing room view. Have been here before and always had a very hospitable experience. The rooms are very clean and very well maintained. The staff is equally helpful and friendly at all times.

Lovely Stay with a Few Small Drawbacks

We recently stayed at this hotel in Pattaya, our second after Amari, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. We booked a pool access room, and while the room itself felt a bit dated, the convenience and enjoyment of having direct access to the pool made up for it. The property itself was well-maintained, and the beach felt almost private and much cleaner than many other beaches in Pattaya, which was a big plus. Breakfast was decent and offered a variety of options, though it wasn’t anything extraordinary. That said, the overall stay was very pleasant, and the staff, especially at the front desk, were exceptionally friendly and courteous, adding a personal touch to our visit. Overall, we had a relaxing and enjoyable time, and would definitely recommend this place for those looking for a quieter, more peaceful spot in Pattaya with great service and a lovely beach!

We were 3 weeks at Pullman Pattaya hotel G, and it was great experience. Room was always very clean, breakfast so good, and the beach so wonderful. Special thanks to cleaning ladys and bell boy Mr Bank who helped us a lot and gave so good tips👌👌
