จุดชื่นชม - พนักงานต้อนรับ พนักงานดูแลกระเป๋า พนักงานห้องอาหาร ให้บริการด้วยรอยยิ้มแจ่มใส ดูแลดี ใส่ใจลูกค้า - มี Kids Club อยู่ใกล้ๆ registration ในช่วงที่ผู้ปกครองกำลังเช็คอินเช็คเอ้าท์ ก็พาลูกไปเล่นในห้องรอก่อนได้ ถือเป็นการจัดการที่ดีเลย - มี Playground อยู่ด้านข้างโรงแรมติดหาด เด็กๆ ชอบ สนุกสนานมาก - ห้องพักไม่แคบ มีพื้นที่พักผ่อน มีระเบียงด้านนอกค่อนข้างกว้าง ห้องน้ำและห้องแต่งตัวแยกเป็นสัดส่วนชัดเจน ตกแต่งสวยงามทันสมัย น้ำอุ่มน้ำร้อน ร้อนเร็วทันใจ - โรงแรมติดชายหาดแบบมีพนังกันคลื่น ต้องเดินข้ามหรือก้าวข้าม แต่ไม่ใช่ปัญหา - อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกหลากหลาย โดยเฉพาะเสาร์-อาทิตย์ เปิดให้บริการถึง 11.00 น. จุดที่ควรปรับปรุง - ห้องพักอาคาร 2 ห้องวิวทะเลหัวมุม ตรงข้ามกับห้องเก็บของแม่บ้าน เวลาแม่บ้านเข็นรถไป service ได้ยินเสียงรถเข็นดังมาก ดังเข้ามาในห้องแบบค่อนข้างรบกวน แล้วใน 1 วันเข็น service หลายครั้งด้วย กลางคืนก็ได้ยิน ลูกค้าเข้าใจการทำงานบริการของแม่บ้าน แต่ควรเปลี่ยนวัสดุของรถเข็นให้เสียงดังน้อยกว่านี้ อันนี้ไม่ไหวจริงๆ - จุดจอดรถเพื่อ drop กระเป๋า ไปถึงจุด registration เป็นบันได ไม่มีทางลาด ผู้ปกครองต้องช่วยกันอุ้มรถเข็นลูกลงบันได (มาทราบที่หลังว่ามีทางลาดด้านข้าง สามารถเดินอ้อมลงไปถึงจุด registration และลิฟท์ได้ แต่เจ้าหน้าที่จุดรับกระเป๋าไม่ได้บอกตอนแรก) โดยรวมถือว่าคุ้มค่ากับการมาพักผ่อน 3 วัน 2 คืน สามารถทำกิจกรรมต่างๆ ในโรงแรมได้โดยไม่ต้องออกไปข้างนอกเลย

I had a wonderful stay at Veranda Resort Pattaya Na Jomtien – MGallery Collection. The swimming pool is absolutely beautiful spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing.
