ห้องพักมีปัญหาเรื่องระบบการระบายอากาศที่ไม่ดีพอ เพราะเวลาเปิดรับลมทะเลในขณะที่ห้องยังมีความเย็น ตามผนังทุกส่วนในห้องจะขึ้นเหงื่อหยดน้ำรวมถึงพื้นห้อง จะเปียกไปหมด และไฟห้องน้ำตรงโซนกระจกคิดว่าแสงไฟน้อยไปหน่อย เวลาผู้หญิงแต่งหน้าคือลำบากมาก และไม่มีโซนอื่นเป็นกระจกที่จะสามารถออกมาแต่งได้ แม่บ้านเข้ามาทำความสะอาดก็ไม่เปลี่ยนผ้าเช็ดผมใหม่ให้ รวมถึงน้ำดื่มจากเดิมให้4ขวด ตอนเติมใหม่ให้แค่2ขวด และขวดเก่าก็ไม่เก็บออกไปให้ และของใช้ต่างๆในห้องน้ำที่ใช้ไปแล้วไม่มีการเติมใหม่ให้ ต้องออกไปขอเพิ่มและโทรไปขอที่ฟร้อนท์เอง จริงๆโรงแรมระดับวีรันดาไม่น่าพลาดเรื่องการจัดการแบบนี้ แผนกอื่นๆพนักงานบริการได้ดีเยี่ยมไม่มีข้อบกพร่องใดใด เตียงนอนใหญ่ดี นอนสบาย น้ำแรง แอร์เย็นดีมากครับ

We sincerely apologize that your recent experience did not meet expectations, particularly regarding the condition of the bed, in-room noise issues, electrical outlet condition, and cleanliness of the bathroom. Please be assured that this is not the standard we aim to provide, especially as a 5-star property. มารอบนี้ช่วงหลังสงกรานต์พาครอบครัวมาเที่ยวที่นี่และเลือกใช้ SNU ได้ห้องสวย กว้างขวาง สระน้ำน่าเล่นเด็กน้อยชอบมาก สำหรับ ผู้ใหญ่ 3 เด็ก 1 น้องปลาและน้องโบว์ประสานงานให้เรียบร้อยน้องดูแลดีมากๆทั้ง2ท่านให้ การต้อนรับอย่างดีและยิ้มแย้มรวมทั้งน้องที่ต้อนรับทุกๆคนคะ น้องพาไปที่เลานจ์ อิ่มมากคะทุกช่วง น้องน้ำที่ดูแลเอาใจใส่และเสิร์ฟตลอดด้วยรอยยิ้ม ห้องอาหารเย็นอาหารอร่อยคะ น้องขวัญดูแลดี สระว่ายน้ำกลางสวยและสะอาด วิวดีมากคะ เย็นลมทะเลพัดเย็นเล่นน้ำดูทะเลและท้องฟ้าฟินนนนนน น้องพนักงานที่บาร์ชงน้ำอร่อยพูดจาสุภาพจำชื่อน้องไม่ได้ แต่ก็ขอขอบคุณน้องพนักงานทุกคนที่ดูแลดีนะคะ อบอุ่นและสบายใจทุกครั้งที่ได้ไปพักผ่อนค่า
