We truly appreciate your support and are sorry to learn that this visit did not provide the relaxing experience you have come to expect. We sincerely apologize that the presence of a large seminar group affected the peaceful atmosphere of your vacation. We also regret that the high occupancy impacted our housekeeping operations, resulting in missing room amenities and water stains that had not been fully addressed before your arrival. This is certainly not the standard we strive to deliver.
