ทำเลดี เดินทางสะดวก วิวสวย เตียงนอนนุ่มสบาย ก่อนเข้าพักคาดหวังว่าจะได้รับบริการที่ดีตามมาตรฐานโนโวเทลแต่ไม่ใช่ พัก2วัน เห็นถึงความแตกต่างในการเอาใจใส่การบริการ วันแรกที่เข้าพัก พนง.ไม่มีความใส่ใจในรายละเอียดต่างๆเช่น เอาเตียงเสริมมาเพิ่มตามที่จองไว้แต่เอาผ้าเช็ดตัวม้วนห่อแปรงสีฟัน หมวกคลุมผมและคอตต้อนบั้ด ผ้าเช็ดตัวก็เก่า(ปี2023)ปลายผ้ามีขนหลุดลุ่ย หยิบผ้าเช็ดตัวมาใช้ อุปกรณ์ที่พนักงานห่อไว้ก็ตกลงพื้น แต่อุปกรณ์ที่เตรียมไว้ให้ตรงอ่างล้างหน้า ไม่มีแปรงสีฟันสักอันมีแค่ใบมีดโกน คอตต้อนบั้ด และหมวกคลุมผม และตรงหน้าทีวีก็มีน้ำดื่ม3ขวดกับแก้วน้ำ2ใบ วันที่สองหลังจากกลับมาจากข้างนอกช่วงเย็น มีผ้าเช็ดตัวแค่2ผืนใต้อ่างน้ำไม่มีผ้าเช็ดตัวของเตียงเสริม มีน้ำดื่มเพิ่มเป็น4ขวดแต่แก้วยังมี2ใบ ผมกิดความสงสัยว่ามาตรฐานการบริการของโนโวเทลอยู่ตรงไหน?
