Please accept our sincere apologies for the confusion regarding the boat departure time. We fully understand how frustrating it must have been to be informed that the boat would depart at 14:00 hrs., only to later be told it was at 13:00 hrs., causing you inconvenience and requiring you to arrange your own transfer from Koh Loy. This is certainly not the level of clarity and coordination we aim to provide, and we deeply regret the miscommunication. We also apologize for the inconsistent information regarding the beach area usage. Being told that you could sit and enjoy drinks throughout the night, and then later being informed of a 23:00 hrs. limitation, understandably caused confusion and disappointment. Consistency and accuracy in communication are extremely important, and we will address this matter with our team to prevent similar situations in the future.
