This is one of those beautiful time of life when we go and enjoy with our parents. lovely hospitality, lovely people, and lovely way of maintaining the property. Tiny tiny request was also addressed, and the whole experience made it special. Rooms are terrific, even if I exclude the most exciting part of the room which is the view of the sea. Cleanliness top notch. Good luck for the future. In case we come to Vizag again, this is the hotel of our choice. 😊

Good things: 1. Hospitality was the best, loved the free room upgrades, and courteous staff with the requests. 2. Room was nice, the view to the ocean was spectacular. 3. Bathroom amenities were pleasent to use, especially the temperature control on the tap & shower. Room for improvement: 1. First and foremost, breakfast options needs to have more J. food. 2. Non vegetarian items and veg food items cannot be places simply side by side, that's highly unacceptable to our J. community. 3. The staff during rush breakfast hours needs to listen to the requests, not ignore or transfer to other people. 4. Gym is seriously underwhelming, the machinery needs an update, the staff needs to be polite, and there should be someone to help and guide with the equipment. 5. Lift access is tricky situation, if it only works when you tap the key, what happens if you have two or more people living in the same room? How do you keep the room AC on and use lift access, there needs to be someone all the time to assist with the floor when you step on the lift.

To celebrate our elder daughter’s birthday, we stayed for a night at Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach. From the beautiful views of RK Beach to the exceptionally cordial staff and delicious food, it was an absolutely memorable stay. Special thanks to Kavya Madam for setting up lovely birthday decorations, cakes, and balloons in our room (412). We also had an incredible experience at the Zaffran kitchen thanks to Chef Gupta, who is a phenomenal chef and a wonderful person. He prepared a delicious lunch of Prawn Malai Curry and Zaffrani Pulao, and even surprised us with a custom birthday cake and pastries at our table. Everything about this property is family-friendly. High tea by the boat watching the sea was scenic, the dinner buffet had a massive variety (with a live music artist who beautifully sang some Bengali songs), and the kids loved the live games and play area. The morning at the well-maintained infinity pool and jacuzzi was rejuvenating. We also loved exploring the terrace, which offers great views of the ocean along with a wonderful jogging track. Additionally, going for the complimentary bicycle ride along the beach road in the morning was a superb experience. To top it off, during the breakfast buffet, the staff promptly prepared custom dishes for my young ones while a live flute performance played in the background. Exceptional hospitality and prompt service. We will definitely return!
