A few things that were less than satisfactory; - there were no towels apart from a hand towel in my bathroom! It was too late for me to notify reception as I had a shower and was dripping wet looking for them but none to be found. Had to dry myself with a hand towel. - toilet seat was broken and very uncomfortable to sit on. - air conditioning unit looks like its on its last legs and extremely noisy making it hard to sleep. - there was nobody at reception (i think it opens 7am?) to tell about the lack of towels before I left that morning. Thankfully, towel were supplied for second night of my stay. - breakfast options in the restaurant were ordinary at best - overcooked eggs, not much fruit available, mushrooms were soggy etc Overall a pretty disappointing experience and I doubt I would consider staying there again, despite the central location.

Room was comfortable, Air-conditioner worked ell, but the TV was an issue with very poor reception on various stations and I couldn't get channel 7 for some reason ?

Newly refurbished no phone no USB slot or radio. No table on the balcony which I had to ask for which they did supply. The fridge did not cool and there was no ice. Breakfast at 32.00 was a ripe off for 4 star hotel . So we found a cafe nearby that was reasonable.priced. The one and only meal we ate there the waiter could not not process our card then when I booked it to our room he got it wrong overall an awful experience. The staff were approachable but very vague and had no idea what they were doing.
