Le service est extrêmement lent, il faut répéter plusieurs fois pour espérer avoir ce qui a été demandé (restaurant, réception + housekeeping) Nous avions réservé une chambre pour quatre. Seul un lit pour deux dans la chambre. Devoir insister 2h pour obtenir un lit. Puis encore une heure pour l’autre lit. Mauvaises infos communiquées par l’agent lors de la réservation. Téléphonique. Très mauvaise expérience.
