The rooms are spacious, quiet, and comfortable. The airconditioning worked well and were responsive to adjustment suiting individual preferences, which is essential in those high temperatures. Staff were absolutely fantastically helpful and friendly and always helped out on the language interpretation, particularly with taxis.

One of the staff members, Duy, at this hotel has a different attitude compared to the other staff. Our four families stayed at this hotel, but his service was not very good. He did not make an effort to ensure we received the same treatment, which resulted in our check-in and check-out times being inconsistent. This made us very dissatisfied, as he did not do his job well, and his attitude was also not very good.

Best rooftop bar of Saigon! Trung, Tien and Anh did a magnificent job serving us. Ive never felt so welcomed and have been treated so good! Absolutely loved it. The drinks are great and the service aswell as the kindness made me feel so welcomed
