My family and I stayed in one of the villas, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The villa exceeded our expectations— even better than the photos! The hospitality and service from every member of the staff were beyond words. From the warm welcome by the security guards at the gate, to the personal farewell from the resort manager, we felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel; it’s worth every Baht for the quality and experience it provides.

Very beautiful resort with much to see. We loved the beach access, the two pools and our room !! Downfalls were that - staff really struggled to understand us (English is our forst language). Having to take a buggy everywhere within the resort (we wish this was made more clear to us when booking). Food and drinks were average and for a 5 star resort we have definitely had a better breakfast. Customer service wasn't the best ! It is a very quiet area with not much around at all. Overall, it was a great stay, just more Downfalls then good.

We appreciate your honest feedback regarding the challenges with communication and the buggy transportation. It’s understandable how that can be frustrating, especially when expectations aren’t fully met at the time of booking. I know the team prides themselves on trying to understand our guests - especially given Thai language is tonal meaning even though we are speaking English there is a big difference between UK, French, Germany, Australian and European English sounds. I’m sorry to hear that the food and customer service didn’t align with your expectations for a 5-star experience especially with breakfast as it is generally the biggest positive for the resort . Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so memorable. Have never experienced such kindness before. Special thanks to Albert and Pong together with Gam, Lek, Nana and Rin. The extras each day at breakfast and then in our room were amazing.
