This was the most tremendous stay we have ever experienced. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome ,the ,food was exceptional and accommodation was beyond reproach the entire experience for us was beyond our expectations ,this is now our new favourite holiday destination

For business purposes, we chose to stay at this resort, where we hosted a four-day meeting. The resort itself is impeccably maintained, boasting modern and pristine facilities. Positioned on a hill with a beautiful ocean view, the scenery is truly spectacular! The meeting venue was thoughtfully arranged, equipped with all the necessary multimedia facilities. The food and beverage offerings were very well prepared and of exceptional quality. The guestrooms were spacious, clean with natural tones. During our stay, the resort maintained a 90% occupancy, yet it did not feel overly crowded. However, if I were to mention a downside, it would be the somewhat busy atmosphere during breakfast. It felt as if you were in a bustling warm train station, and it would have been ideal to have a serene area for breakfast without all the hustle and bustle. Nonetheless, the staff members were incredibly friendly, and everyone working there went the extra mile to ensure the success of our event. A big thank you to Ms. Toey and to Urs!

We are super proud of both the resort and the team we have onboard and it is always nice to know we are creating a truly memorable experience whether it be Business or Leisure or as we like to call it Bleisure. Note your point re breakfast and when everyone decides to come at the same time this can make for an interesting time. We did try to look at opening another area for breakfast to support this but everyone kept wanting to go to Elements as I think they didn't want to missing out on all the choices. :) Hopefully we may one day see you back for a holiday with family and friends. My partner and I stayed here Pre-COVID and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We have returned for our second time and our stay was everything we’d hope for. The staff at Pullman make you feel like you are part of the family. Every staff member always has a smile on their face and will interact with you no matter how many times you see them throughout the day. We both stayed @ Pullman from the 5th May to 12th May & again from 16th May to 20th May. The resort is located on the side of the cliff overlooking the ocean & Naithon Beach with amazing views. The grounds and facilities provided are exceptional. The rooms we stayed in (Grand Deluxe) were well maintained and great views from our balconies. The food at Elements for breakfast & lunch & dinner was amazing and a credit to head chef Dennis & his staff in the kitchen. We both need to thank General Manager Brett Wilson & Hotel Manager Albert & Food & Beverage manager Urs for their attention to detail and assistance during our stays. Also, all the wonderful team members in making our stay at Pullman Arcadia for the 8th & 9th time most memorable for us. Special mention also to staff members Peach - Loyality Activist Manager & Noh & Miw in Elements & Nee - luggage collection/driver of small cars to and from the rooms. With music in the Cbar most nights & happy hour daily 5-6pm all the staff made you most welcome. Both the singing artist Eric & DJ LADA are excellent addition. This time in Thailand post Covid has even been better than pre covid and the hotel has continued to maintain the high standards expected of Pullman. Again, a big thank you to everyone & the resort and look forward to returning to your Pullman for our 10th time in 2024.

Chef Dennis and his culinary team have just implemented new menus in all outlets and I have to say the feedback we have been getting from our guests is outstanding - breakfast has always been a winner but I have to say the new Thai menu at night in elements is definitely worth a trip - glad you enjoyed We look forward to seeing you for the big 10 on your next trip in 2024 and until then just keep telling all your friends and family where to stay when in Phuket. The resort is not family friendly and I didn't expect this , the breakfast staff is not polite. I took a food from the buffet for my kids but they didn't eat so i put them in my box ! The one who's responsible there came to us complaining the food is not for takeaway and he was looking into my bag and there was a banana in the table he was saying even the banana is not for takeaway ! All the 5 star hotels such as four seasons they respect when we want to take for kids and they helped us always! Even he sent another staff to said again the same thing. I will respect if they complain one time in a polite way. The service i can see even idont give it 5/10 in the breakfast!

I can clearly see reading your comments, the team has not clearly communicated with you and more importantly have not truly listened to you and your needs - for this we are truly sorry. So you can understand a little better, we hold the resort to a high level of food hygiene practice which means any food on buffets should be consumed within the restaurant to ensure both freshness and quality. When food is taken away there is the potential for this food not to be in this condition and create issues for our guests - we certainly were not trying to make it hard just caring for you in a different way. I believe having spoken to those who you spoke with, they now better understand what is reasonable in terms of supporting the needs of our guests. Again, we are truly sorry for this situation - having young kids myself I can appreciate your situation and assure you that Thais and Pullman love kids - we just got it wrong on this occasion. and I hope you can forgive us.
