My wife and I have just completed a weeks stay at this truly outstanding hotel. We stayed in a Grand Deluxe room which was very spacious and well furnished - the bed was the size of two standard double beds in width, amazing! The hotel is finished to a very high standard, lots of marble and quality woods, fine furnishings. Breakfast possibly the best we’ve ever had - and we’ve travelled A LOT. Snacks were delicious but we didn’t eat dinner here. Can recommend Shemeena a short walk from the hotel, and even closer the Phutawan literally at the hotel entrance. This restaurant looks a bit skanky from the outside with its cheapo Pizza signs but we tried it based on the reviews of others and found the food to be really delicious. Hotel prices for food and drink are VERY high compared to everywhere nearby, if you can walk max 1/4 mile to nearby stores and restaurants you can save a small fortune. The hotel is located in a very steep location. There are lots of carts/cabs to take you to/from your room but people who are less able will probably struggle. Note to management: If any of you read this review our feedback is that your staff are quite ridiculously fabulous and even by the high standards of the Land of Smiles are a true beacon. You have a team of solid gold workers and you should be incredibly proud of their professionalism but more so, their super-friendly, over-and-above attitude. Just WOW to the staff and a massive thank you, we will never forget you.

This is a lovely hotel and excellent facilities. The staff are attentive, friendly and very customer focused. The location whilst very idyllic, with great views, being located on a cliff side does mean that walking to the beach is very hard going for older customers, though there is a shuttle that runs hourly. Sun loungers are generally available with clear signage around not reserving before 10am. My biggest criticism is at night the lighting is too subdued which is dangerous in terms of the steps, and we saw a number of people lose their footing due to the poor light. Despite the above, would definitely go back.

Outstanding! What a hotel! The location, the food, the service, the staff, the room, the drinks - everything was perfect. We’ve stayed in over a hundred hotels over the 30 years we’ve been married and we honestly can’t think of a better one than this one. And how refreshing to have a “no towels on sunbeds before 10am” policy - all the stress of people fighting for their spot, and waking up at the crack of dawn with their tactically positioned book / t-shirt etc.. totally eliminated with a polite member of staff and a sign, outlining the policy at the entrance to the pool. Other hotels will hopefully follow! Yes there are tiles coming loose in the pool but they are about 2cm square and with the water crystal clear they are easily spotted - the alternative of closing the pool would have been a far worse option. And finally I’d strongly suggest signing up to the Accor Silver membership when you book your stay - it saves you money before you even arrive! Many thanks to the entire team at the hotel - you are the very definition of “excellence”!!

LOL We absolutely agree with you on the sunbed policy— No more strategic towel placement at 5am, just a relaxing start to the day and the guarantee that everyone can enjoy the pool without an early morning war for the best spots! A perfect destination to unwind and spend quality time as a family

We’ve just returned from a wonderful week-long stay at the Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach, and it was the perfect way to conclude our holiday. It offered exactly what we needed—a serene escape to relax and enjoy meaningful time with the kids before diving back into the hustle of work and school routines.
 The resort is located close to Phuket International Airport, secluded from the busier tourist hotspots. We chose this destination based on positive reviews of the beach and snorkelling opportunities which did not disappoint! Having already explored the main tourist attractions in Phuket on past trips, we kept this visit low-key, leaving the hotel only twice. One highlight was a local long-tail boat trip (departing directly from the hotel beach) to snorkel at a nearby island—an experience we highly recommend. We also enjoyed a night visit to a local market (not aimed for tourist) near the airport which a great selection of local food if you were looking to try! We booked two Ocean Rooms, and the staff went out of their way to secure interconnecting rooms for us, which was perfect since we were traveling with children. The rooms were immaculate, spacious with a dream view of the beach and ocean. This trip was exactly what we were looking for: sun, beach, snorkelling, massages, and outstanding service. We returned home feeling refreshed, connected, and better prepared to take on 2025. A heartfelt thank you to Albert (the hotel manager) and the incredible staff who truly made our stay unforgettable. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail made us feel very special every single day. It’s a memory our family will treasure forever.

I literally fell in love with Pullman Arcadia hotel. The beautiful cozy interiors, serene view of beach, huge comfortable rooms made my stay so memorable and amazing. I would like to visit it again in future and highly recommend travelers to stay at the property.
