Eşim ve oğlumla tatil amaçlı konakladık. Konumu. oda büyüklüğü ve donanımı iyiydi. Çalışanlarda güleryüzlüydü ve çok yardımcı oldular. Kahvaltı yeterliydi çeşitleri daha iyi olabilirdi. Akşam yemeği almadım.

Very clean hotel with Best location near tower of London. Very friendly staff especially Caterina in the Reception she was so sweet and polite and very helpful giving very good advice regarding where to go and places to visit during Xmas: :she made our stay so wonderful! this is a best value for money 4 stars Hotel in the heart of London

Stayed for 3 nights to visit London. Great Hotel very friendly and helpful staff. They all have a smile!!. Great restaurant and bar with a big shout out to 'Lucky' a real asset to the Hotel. Thanks everybody.

We had dinner at the Novotel’s Restaurant, Keepers, last evening. The service was excellent, the food very good, with many healthy offerings. While not staying at the hotel, the location close to the Tower Hill metro station was a great find. We will go again during our London visit. Ask for Ashraf for your server!

Family break in central London

We enjoyed a two night break at this lovely hotel, situated in a perfect position for many of London’s tourist attractions. The hotel itself provided an excellent experience for our family made up of three generations. The staff were welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable and dinner in the restaurant suited the kids and adults alike.
