Location is 3 minutes walk to Gare du Lyon train station and other local public transportation facilities. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Lobby has coffee machine (a bit difficult to operate but when it doesn’t work staff directed us to go to the bar area instead). Rooms are spacious and clean; but pillows are not the most comfortable (both squared and rectangular shaped). Body lotion and hair conditioner are available but need to ask the lobby (it was odd housekeeping staff doesn’t provide that when asked). The shower offer spa pods but no pods were provided in the room; was interested to try but didn’t bother to ask. Filter water machine (still and sparkling) is available in the lobby, but best to have a water bottle with you (they do offer paper cups and reusable sugar cane made bottle at 4 euro). I would suggest hotel maybe consider giving the water bottle for free instead.

We stayed for two nights and I would stay there again without a question. The beds were super comfy, shower was great, location is excellent. Service was good. We didn’t try the breakfast but had room service and again, very surprised with the quality. Very very happy with our stay. The price for location, space and service is excellent value. I was a bit apprehensive thinking it was too good to be true but it isn’t. Book book book!

I had a great stay at this hotel. It's conveniently situated, and despite the train station nearby I challenge anyone to be able to hear anything from the rooms (TWO double glazed windows, that's 4 windows!). I slept really well, only heard the cleaning ladies upstairs when it was already late in the morning. The breakfast is amazing, I wish I could eat there everyday. The staff was helpful, friendly and answered any questions I had. Overall a very good experience especially considering the reasonable price.
