room was spacious, service was great and prompt. the only downside during Winter season was that the room was so stuffy. i had to request for a portable AC, which the service staff was prompt in providing and were very helpful even at the reception desk. All in all, still very good experience with Pullman.

This place was really amazing, nice staff and great food there.

The rooms are simple and stylish and also warm and comfortable. The staff members were really friendly, and helpful. They provided personalized suggestions for guests. The hotel restaurant food is also delicious, the afternoon tea and breakfast are quite good. This place is very convenient. I strongly recommend this hotel. I will definitely choose this hotel again if i come to Shanghai in the future.

The overall experience was really good! We stayed for 3 weeks, and from the really beginning they took care of our needs, luggage, moving around, food preferences, extra services, delivering packages, booking restaurants, etc. Special mention to Zhou who was always available to help. The executive lounge and breakfast options are really complete.

Had a pleasant stay at Pullman central. Find that location is good and the staff is also trying to help. Felt welcomed all along. The room was given before mentioned time so special thank to Yulia and Zhou from the front desk for this gesture. Will stay again if I come back to Shanghai.
