The hotel is located in Da Pu Road, it's very convenience to reach everywhere in Shanghai. I stayed in this hotel for several times, FOM Oliver is very nice and help to upgrade the business suite. Skyway Pullman is my best choice during the business trip.

Good reception, but not enough english speakers and no experience with membership levels. Club operation iin the Cafe erratic so far 3 days for dinner and much room for improvement in the service. I would like to discuss this with F&B manager. No real bar in the house. Housekeeping/cleaning helpful and good humoured despite the language barrier.

The air-conditioner was not really working and the room was extremely hot.

Everything was perfect from the start to the end. The welcome was warm by the Director of Operations Adam, the breakfast service was great in a very good english, the check out was also perfect. Looking forward the next visit.

Had stayed in Pullman Skyway previously and thus was familiar with the hotel. What made the stay very memorable was the impeccable service provided by Krystal, who was an intern at the hotel back in December. She was very attentive to our needs whilst on duty, and as a family with 2 young kids, she always went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable, and to even proactively helping us in many little things. (Such as fetching a glass of warm water for my older boy when she noticed he might be feeling cold) It is such acts of hospitality that I've come to trust Accor group of hotels and I'm very pleased to see Accor's standards living up in the next generation of young hospitality interns. Will definitely be happy to stay at the Pullman Skyway once again!

Location very good near METRO and underground shopping and eateries. Walking distance like 5 mins. Service at the door is good. Cold weather he will call in the Taxi to come in and pick up without extra charges. Only thing is the Room is very humid. No window and the room air is not circulating therefore making it very humid. Immediate response was a Portable Air Blower was brought into my room. It helps a bit. Thank You Pullman.

In Shanghai, it is not easy to get an excellent hotel room under RMB$1,000. I highly recommend Pullman and also there are lots of restaurant and a tourist spot nearby the hotel within walking distance. The service of the hotel is excellent too.

Has stayed in this hotel couple of years ago. For the recent 5 nites stay, I didn't feel the warm attraction of this hotel. If for leisure, Shanghai is just for shopping and probably will try other hotel next trip back to this city.

The water in the shower room needs to be done immediately. Sometime there is no water halfway during your shower and you will need to meddle with the other water tap before it gets back. Imagine during winter time, the hot water shower suddenly stopped water flow.

We spent 4 nights in this hotel and we found the rooms and services are great, Why? It's because all we need inside the room are completed, also the location of the hotel super strategist. Nearby the shopping centre, foods area, minimart, and etc. Maybe it's only 5 minutes walk to those places. So, we found all of the experiences really fantastic. A wonderful, classy hotel for a great price. The staff were extremely helpful, going beyond the call of duty. Staff spoke excellent English, especially Lindsey, who checked us in. Facilities were brilliant. Extremely happy with the hotel, particularly with the price we paid. Would certainly recommend this to anyone else.

The hotel is located minutes from Tian xifang and Dapu metro station. Rooms are huge and the staff are very friendly. Breakfast buffet is good and the view from the Executive Lounge is one of the best in Shanghai.

Friendly personal, great breakfast, especially if you enjoy chinese style cousine. Fitness area was under remodeling, which is a good idea as it was quite old already. Unfortunately the temporary Location and lack of Equipment was not perfect. Executive Lounge the view and the way it is furnished is a Highlight. Food served is great, could be more Chinese Style offered.

I just surprised when I came earlier at hotel since my flight arrived at Pudong at 7 AM. I tough I can only do check in and leave my bag at deposit hotel. Surprising me I can came to room earlier before official time, so wonderful. Also when I am entering room I have good view to main street. The place is perfect place east to walking distance to Metro station, shopping mall, restaurant and convenience store. Great Stay at Pullman Shanghai Skyway ! The Lounge at this hotel on Top Floor is definitely OutStanding ! The down point of my stay is that nobody aware me that the Gym is not functional at the moment. Therefore this should be definitely mentioned to you guests by respect... And an alternative solution should be provided for people like me who wish to train.
