Overall, it was a good experience. Breakfast had a lot of choices, but were sometimes slow to refill the food. The pool was very busy, because there were a lot of kids swimming lessons. Room was comfy and spacious. Not complete privacy in the bathroom. The shower had a curtain but you could see through the curtain a bit. Outside view was very nice.

For our 5 day trip it was a good location to visit different places in Shanghai. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Mike at the reception was really helpful and always here for us. He aswell helped us for our whatsapp connection with a VPN instal on the Phone. Breakfast is richtig and you can Taste all different choices

Amazing venue, great staff, very polite and helpful and exceptional service. They have an observation deck on the 53rd floor which gives you a cool view of the city. Also got access to their executive lounge on the 24th floor which was very good This is a must stay place if you are in Shanghai.

Overral a good accommodation. Front desk staff are helpful & kind Conceriege are slow to attend baggage handling overall ok Executive lounge are cozy & spacious + good view, with good serving of food. Except the staff are weak on English proficiency. Room are comfy except furniture are aged need to overhaul. Overral great location in Shanghai city. Will be my prefer hotel choice in Shanghai.
