I had the pleasure to stay at the Pullman Skyway for several weeks during the Shanghai Lockdown and several weeks beyond the city reopening; as I began a corporate relocation to Shanghai in April 2022. The Guest Experience Manager, Evelyn was an absolute pleasure to work with and was incredibly accommodating and helpful during my prolonged stay. Everyone from the housekeeping staff to the doorman and bellhop were polite and accommodating. The hotel is well maintained, clean, and bright. I would highly recommend Pullman Shanghai Skyway to any one looking for a nice hotel in the Huangpu District.

The friendly, proactive and helpful hotel staff. Nicely new decorated rooms with large windows, excellent location, food for reasonable prices.

I stayed 15 weeks, from start lockdown and 6 weeks after. Every time I came in the hotel there is a friendly and welcoming greeting from one of the staff in the lobby or behind the desk. The hotel staff involved in the PCR testing process was just very nice. The housekeeping lady always doing her best. The food was good and reasonable priced. The room is nice, outside facade is completedly window, wide view. I was lucky to be in newly decorated room. The hotelstaff during lockdown deserves a lot of credit for working long hours and not being able to go home. After the lockdown, new hotel staff came - including Evelyn (Customer Service), she is out of her league. The pro-activeness and service provided with the Health Code app, ordering the Chinese hotel food, help with Residency permit, pro-active asking how I am doing, it just made me feel so much more than just a customer.

My 77 year old mom's 100 day stay at Pullman during the lockdown

My mom visited Shanghai to see my 95 year old grandma early this year. She moved into Pullman in March. Because of the lockdown, my mom ended up staying up at Pullman till early June for 100 days. During her extended stays, the entire hotel staff (经理卢辰杰,大堂经理徐燕娴、前台李梦如和兰金星, 门房吳杰和张懿玮先生,保洁员叶群珍女士 ) really helped my mom extensively, from ordering food, teaching my mom to use covid test app on her phone, and providing emotional support when she was distressed and lonely. We are very grateful to everyone working at the hotel that my mom survived this long and stressful period and finally safely returned to the US. We hope one day we can return to the hotel and say thank you in person.
