Our travel agent had booked a night earlier than our arrival to allow an early check in from our flight from New Zealand and to have breakfast before we hit the streets to explore Shanghai. Check in was great with good English and a fabulous room 1922 which we really enjoyed. We had an awesome stay, we enjoyed the food the all staff were amazing especially Jasmine.

Positives: Mike (front desk) was fantastic, super helpful. Hotel was in a good location. Negatives: Despite being a Gold Member there wasn’t an upgrade. Rooms were ageing and getting a little tired, 1515 smelt of cigarette smoke. Breakfast options were static and some variety would have been welcomed.
