Everything was perfect from the start to the end. The welcome was warm by the Director of Operations Adam, the breakfast service was great in a very good english, the check out was also perfect. Looking forward the next visit.

Had stayed in Pullman Skyway previously and thus was familiar with the hotel. What made the stay very memorable was the impeccable service provided by Krystal, who was an intern at the hotel back in December. She was very attentive to our needs whilst on duty, and as a family with 2 young kids, she always went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable, and to even proactively helping us in many little things. (Such as fetching a glass of warm water for my older boy when she noticed he might be feeling cold) It is such acts of hospitality that I've come to trust Accor group of hotels and I'm very pleased to see Accor's standards living up in the next generation of young hospitality interns. Will definitely be happy to stay at the Pullman Skyway once again!
Housekeeping dept & English standard needs serious improvement

Hotel amenities and location were great but were not enough to make up for the terrible experiences caused by the housekeeping dept and the bad English standard of the hotel staff. The nightmare with the housekeeping dept started at the point of check-in: rooms were not ready at the standard check-in time of 14:00 and we had to wait for another 30min in a very crowded lobby with insufficient sitting area. Another hotel guest next to us had been waiting for his room for an hour plus, as the room previously given to him had a terrible cigarette smoke stench when it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. During our stay, the housekeeping dept started to show signs of their bad habit - throwing away guests' stuff whenever they felt like it even if the stuff was very far away from the nearest trash bin, starting with brand new straws (in their packaging) left on the pantry table top for the drinks that we bought and placed in the room fridge. The final straw came on New Year's Day when housekeeping threw our limited edition cans away - these were rinsed and placed behind 3 brand new bottled drinks on a round side table that was at least 5m away from the nearest thrash bin - so as to prevent housekeeping from thinking that they were to be thrown away. Without standing right in front of the side table, it would have been virtually impossible to know that there were limited edition cans behind the 3 brand new bottled drinks. We came back on the night of New Year's Day and discovered that the limited edition cans had gone missing... After multiple phone calls to the hotel's service center, we were finally compensated with the limited edition cans BUT the front desk expected us to go down to level 1 to collect the compensation... One wonders if they had forgotten who created the nightmare in the first place - their own staff or the hotel guest? Furthermore, the hotel staff mending the service hotline and the front desk could only speak very, very limited English and could not handle any deviation from the standard English phrases they have learnt, much less handle a complaint lodged over the phone in English. We ended up having to lodge the complaint in Mandarin and dealing with the entire encounter right up to the compensation in Mandarin. One wonders what would have happened if housekeeping did the exact same thing to a non-Mandarin-speaking guest? Let the non-Mandarin-speaking guest suffer his loss in silence since the hotel staff cannot understand the guest's complaint made in English despite being a global hotel chain? Our advice to all future guests (especially non-Mandarin-speaking guests): lock everything up in your luggage if you do not wish to come back one day and discover that things have gone missing or deal with the hotel staff who speak very, very limited English.

I have stayed at Pullman skyway for past years, but this time, overall experience was very disappointed, very old towels, shower is slow, hot and cold water not consistent, I have reported but not more improvement... I am thinking to switch hotels now
