Excellent stay. Hotel facilities were good, although room bit hot and AC didnt seem to work very well. Great breakfast spread. Best thing of our stay was the welcoming Ben at the front door- always there to help with a smile and terrific English. Thanks so much!

I had a great stay at Pullman Shanghai. The team was extremely helpful — special thanks to Ivan, Charles, and Michael for their patience in handling my questions and assisting with my Taobao orders. They went out of their way to call and coordinate with multiple delivery drivers, which I truly appreciated. Thank you for the wonderful service!
