Staying at this hotel in Shanghai was an absolute win for both my business trip and downtime. The location couldn’t be better — super convenient for meetings and just a short ride from top city attractions, which made switching from work mode to leisure effortless. The rooms are comfy and well-equipped, perfect for recharging after a busy day. What really stood out was the exceptional service at the front desk, especially thanks to Yulia. Her warmth and genuine kindness made such a difference — she went out of her way to help with every little detail, making me feel truly welcome. It’s rare to find staff that friendly and attentive, and Yulia deserves a huge shoutout. If you’re headed to Shanghai for work or play, this hotel is absolutely worth considering. Great spot, excellent comfort, and top-notch hospitality all around.

We were visiting Shanghai a large group of friends The Pullman is well located only a short walk to the metro which is the best way to move around town. We all got executive lounge access, Ken was the perfect host and Joy gave us great advice about local shops and massage parlours.

Everything is good. Breakfast food quality is good. Can have more variation, but the croissant there is nice. But one thing that kinda dissappointed me is the chips is charged to our room which usually complimentary and also the minibar, which usually is free for platinum, but not sure maybe each hotel on different region have different policy ? But i think thats the perk become the platinum member of all accor doesnt it? But thats the tiny input opinion of mine, everything else is great. Big rooms, and clean.
