From the moment I arrived, the reception team demonstrated efficiency without sacrificing warmth. The check-in process was smooth, attentive, and personalized—an increasingly rare combination in large metropolitan hotels. The location is another key advantage. Situated in the vibrant Xujiahui area, the hotel offers convenient access to commercial centers, dining, and transportation, yet maintains a surprisingly calm and composed interior atmosphere. Once inside, the environment feels insulated from the city’s intensity—quiet corridors, elegant lighting, and a sense of privacy that business travelers will especially appreciate. The room design reflects Pullman’s signature contemporary style: clean architectural lines, comfortable bedding, and a well-organized workspace suitable for extended stays. Sound insulation was excellent, contributing to restful sleep even in such a dynamic district. The executive facilities and lounge services were thoughtfully managed, offering both discretion and efficiency. What impressed me most was the consistency of service culture. reacted to food from the executive 24 floor serving . dry sauna had members personal clothes stored for heat and no room to sit and relax . clients had 2-3 towels for use. When asked for additional towels was rejected

The Skyway Studio Suite (~70㎡) was well-laid-out and comfortable for two adults and one child, allowing good privacy between sleeping areas. The room and bathroom were clean, though the shower pressure in the bathroom was a bit low, and the bathtub only had a fixed faucet without a handheld shower. The Executive Lounge was the highlight of the stay, with beautiful décor, plentiful hot dishes such as fish, chicken, beef, and soup, and attentive staff who even interacted with our child. The lounge experience greatly enhanced the overall stay. The swimming pool was functional, though limited to a single round pool with no hot tub or sauna. The changing room felt crowded, especially when multiple guests were using it simultaneously. Front desk service was generally professional, though delayed check-out handling and room key issues could be improved. Overall, the hotel offers excellent lounge service and a comfortable suite, with minor areas for improvement in pool facilities and front desk operations.
