Pullman Shanghai Skyway is an iconic building that deserves the name of “Skyway”, although the hotel occupies the lower part of the skyscraper. But still, being surrounded by its nearby tall buildings is a fascinating experience that reminds you that you are exactly in the downtown of the biggest city in China. Traffic is so convenient! I and my parents stayed with the hotel to celebrate my birthday. When we made a call to the Front Desk and indicated our purpose of stay days before our checking in, the Front Office Manager Ada kindly arranged an extra bed in our room and our access to the Executive Lounge as a benefit to the Accor Platinum members. We feel gratitude to her and her team for their thoughtful arrangements! No doubt, the hotel itself is modern and chic, I and my parents shot many memorable moments in our phones at different scenic locations in the hotel. What impressed us more is the warmth of hospitality that the hotel left in our mind. Despite the welcome amenity that we normally received upon the arrival, the hotel also prepared a mini birthday cake for me! That’s a big surprise! I have visited many upscale Accor hotels in Shanghai before, but very few of them may achieve the same level of French culinary arts in their catering offerings as Pullman Shanghai Skyway did. Whether it’s the small bites in afternoon tea or the international dishes offered in happy hour, the authentic French tastes bring me back to my life in Paris. I later encountered their Executive Chef Alexendra, who is an authentic French. No wonder why the catering offerings in the Pullman Shanghai Skyway can be that French! Very amazing! The executive lounge team, Michael, Ayden and Jean, took great care of us. The hotel’s Guest Experience Manager Evelyn CHIN (陳香滿) is a gem of guest service. Her professionalism, efficiency and hospitality left deep impressions in our minds. She made attentive arrangements and offered impeccable services in every aspect to ensure us a satisfying and enjoyable experience during our stay with the hotel. We would like to thank all of them for bringing the surreal staying experience with the Pullman Shanghai Skyway hotel, and we look forward to coming back in the near future! Sincerely, Steven XU

Very good experience in the Executive floor with friendly personal. At least the bicycles in the fitness room are outdated and both do not work properly. Other devices have not been tested.

Well located, Nice Executive Lounge; Bad that swimming pool was closed

The room was very nice, clean and well maintained; I had a high floor, although not upgraded to any better room as ALL gold member; very nice breakfast, I only missed a glass of morning champagne; missed proper hotel bar; lobby staff are 50/50 helpful: some seem just not understand what I was asking, when I asked to make copy of one document a floor manager started reading it and then said "No, I cannot copy this document", I asked for another manager and he made me the copy. The most helpful person is Mike; without him I would have so many difficulties I am just scared to imagine. And I can only come back if I know he still will be there. He has "can-do" approach and very good English, for me he was a saver, I am foreigner first time in China, my phone and some services did not work. One time I had to ask for Mike from his lunch break because no one else was able to help me, and he did it in two minutes.
