The hotel is located a short walk away from victory bts station, with various shops and street food nearby. Check-in staff excellent. Was warmly greeted at check in, and was given a welcome drink - plain water masqueraded as butterfly tea. On the tray was a card that stated Lemongrass Butterfly Pea but the drink was plain water. The room was slightly old. Some drawers were difficult to open and some furniture chipped. View facing the room was not good as it was mostly blocked by another building nearby. The room can get rather noisy at times, not sure whether it is from the aircon and gave the feeling that the room window was not fully shut. The room was partially carpeted, giving it a slightly classy feel but not entirely luxurious. Inside the hotel vicinity is a duty free mall with many tourist. Many of them are smoking outside the mall resulting in an unpleasant odour. Breakfast had some variety, but nothing to rave about.

Thoroughly enjoyable.

I stayed in this hotel for 8 nights in December 2025. Upon arrival to the hotel, my luggage was retrieved by Cheep and I was expertly checked in by Kevin, whose comprehensive attention to detail was most unexpected and greatly appreciated. The rooms are a little dated but they are well serviced. I was on the 6th floor and unfortunately the lifts have a propensity to failure. On more than one occasion both lifts servicing the building I was located in broke down and I had to use the emergency staircase. The breakfast downstairs is extensive. The lobby area is grand and a pleasant space to spend time in. The hotel pool is big for inner city Bangkok and the gym is moderately well equipped. All in All I enjoyed my stay at Pullman Bangkok King Power so I give it a 5/5.

We came from Australia with our family and had an absolutely wonderful stay at Pullman King Power. Kevin at the reception was exceptional very kind, professional, and genuinely caring. Every staff member we met provided outstanding service and made us feel truly welcomed. One of the most memorable hotel experiences we have had. Highly recommended to family and friends.

Hidden Gem in the heart of Bangkok

Fantastic stay with family over the weekend. Hotel is located in an excellent location easily access via car or public transportation. Our room is nice and tidy. Well equipped and functional, especially smart tv where we can enjoy a Netflix. Executive lounge service is second to none. All the staffs were extremely helpful and genuine. Special thanks to Khun Jane, Earn, Aon and Jay for taking good care of us. Le Spa is very nice. Khun Ben and Took are very professional and the massage is very relaxing. Highly recommended. Breakfast at Cuisine Unplugged provides us a wild range of choice. Both asian and western dishes. Khun Thanin is very polite and helpful. Pool is very nice and clean. We also joined a pool party. Great music and foods. Service is nice, khun aum is very kind to helping is with the seating etc. Last but not least, thank you khun aek at bell boy who well taken care of our luggages and bid farewell to us.

These funds are automatically released back to the original card within the standard banking timeframe, which is typically 7 to 14 days after check-out, depending on each bank’s processing policy.
