Dear Valued Guest, First of all, please allow me to reply to you in English. Thank you for sharing your concern with us. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced regarding the security deposit. We fully understand how worrying it can be when the refund does not appear immediately. Please kindly allow us to clarify that the security deposit was processed as a pre-authorization hold rather than an actual charge. These funds are automatically released back to the original card within the standard banking timeframe, which is typically 7 to 14 days after check-out, depending on each bank’s processing policy. We are truly sorry for the confusion caused, and we appreciate your patience while the refund is being completed. Please rest assured that the pre-authorized amount will be returned in full once the bank finalizes the release. Thank you again for bringing this matter to our attention.
