Nice hotel, very clean, nice large room and a lovely bathroom with a good shower, all staff we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. Its not in the best area but you can walk to the centre of Brussels no problem. I would stay here again the time I am in Brussels.

Decent hotel nearby to Midi train station. Pros :- Walkable distance from Midi train station Decent breakfast spread Maintained well Cons :- Rooms are compact No good view from the rooms Neighborhood looks deserted (Could be due to construction activtity going on in the surrounding) All the attractions (Manekkin Pis, Grand palace) are not in walkable distance Hop on Hop off bus point is nowhere nearby

Dear, Thank you for your comment and note. We are at about 15 minutes walk from the city center and old town. This is totaly walkable. Unfortunately as we are not on the touristic area, the Toot-bus don't come here. Have a nice day,

Have been travelling since last 2+ weeks and stayed in 6 different hotels around Spain and France. Finally found the perfect hotel!! A hotel that has everything we hoped for. Spacious room, comfortable bed and pillows. Air conditioning that actually works. Bathroom big size. Tea coffee making facility. Got a fan on request (it’s cold but needed it for white noise) Welcoming and helpful reception staff. Spa, hot pool, steam room, fitness room were the plus points. Near to Zuid/Midi (walking distance). Also metro and trams are nearby. Sorry I could give only 5 starts..!

The area the hotel is in is having lots of work done,also some of the reviews are pretty bad, however the hotel was better than good the staff were helpful and pleasant the hotel was spotless and the bar area a pleased place for a drink. Brussels was a great place to visit we then went on to Luxembourg

Location just cross the street to the main train station and metro station, WI/Fi and internet is very week at rooms or at the lobby. rooms are spacious and clean, housekeeping is fine , very limited breakfast selection. Service staff at the main restaurant do not know how to smile and need more training
