The location is great in the heart of the city. We had a family room and it was quite small, quite outdated and quite dirty, but yet quite expensive. Not the value for the money I was hoping for. Staff was friendly and hotel felt very safe, which is good in Brussels.

Charming and friendly staff welcome you in the nice lobby, where you are welcomed with a refreshing delicious and free drink. Very well kept and clean studios. The kitchenette facilities are very good and allow you to cook an healthy meal taking a break from the multiple tentations that you will find in Brussels. Amazing

We often stay in Adagio Aparthotels because of my Accor membership & usually we are satisfied with our stay. Somehow this particular Adagio felt short of our usual expectations in terms of cleanliness. The toilet which was separate from the shower, had a bad smell. I had to clean it myself but the smell still lingered. I know I could have called the front desk to complain but since our schedule was tight, I knew that waiting for them to come and repacking our things would take time, I opted not to inform them and just tried my best to clean the toilet area myself. There was even a damp towel left in the toilet area. The pull out table (which serves as a dining table), was also dusty and sticky. So i had to clean that too. The water pressure from the shower was not strong enough as well. On the plus side, the location of this hotel was very good. There is a supermarket across the hotel, lots of shops and restaurants and walking distance to major sights. The staff at the front desk were also very friendly and helpful. That was very much appreciated. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment and the size was good. There were a lot of cabinet space, a good coffee machine, and kitchen items were complete, including a dishwasher. The beds were comfortable as well. The pullout bed could be better though. I hope that management looks into the standard of cleanliness of their rooms because I really feel it was not up to par compared to the many other Adagio Aparthotels we’ve stayed in. Our room number was 509 if I remember correctly. And we stayed there from July 5-7.

Centrally located, easy experience Hotel

Very clean and well-located hotel. There's a grocery store right across the street and a bakery literally next door so it's incredibly easy to grab food for breakfast. Having the mini-kitchen and fridge in the bedroom was super helpful. Note that the A/C in Brussels isn't like US or even Paris air conditioning - due to sustainability rules in the city, A/C can only change the temperature +/- 3 degrees and is passive air conditioning (you won't really feel any cool air coming out of the vents), so if you're traveling in the summer and your room feels too hot, you're out of luck. This isn't just applicable to this hotel - it applies to pretty much all hotels in Brussels, but it's a watch out if you are a US traveler and see that the hotel offers AC - it's not going to be as effective as what you're used to. I ended up switching from 7th floor room to a 3rd floor room and it helped a little bit. The staff were very kind and accommodating, and the hotel was able to store our luggage on our last day.

Location: Good as right next door to the metro. Our room overlooked the shopping centre and was very noisy if you opened the window, which we had to do as the aircon didn’t seem to be working and the room was extremely stuffy. Cleanliness: Could do with some improvement particularly in the bathroom and toilet areas. Staff: Polite & Friendly Facilities: Great if you want to be self catering. However we had no hot water on one of the mornings, and the bath had a leak via the plug so this meant that you had to keep refilling it every 5 minutes! Over all - if you are looking for a convenient place to lay your head whilst visiting the city then this is the place. If you are looking for some creature comforts then maybe it is not!
