I am staying at this hotel already for many years and as usual, everything was just perfect. The service was as expected and the room was top! Surely I will stay at the hotel again next time I am travelling to Brussels.

In general this is a good choice when you are looking for a decent hotel in the Midi station area. The pro's: Nice bar, good bed, soundproof from outside noise, good breakfast, the location. The con's: Room not very clean (a pil on the floor, dust on the lights) , very noisy other guests in a room several doors away kept me out of my sleep, but the reception send someone to that room.

Don't stay during the cold months

Received a room on the 8th floor and noticed immediately that the hallway and room were very hot (think 30c/85f). The room surprisingly (****)did not have a digital thermostat but turned the basic dial to the coldest setting. Returned to the room hours later to find that nothing had improved and the room does not have a window. Went downstairs and the lone night shift attendant was not very helpful and basically explained that cool air is not possible in the fall/winter. Changed rooms and had the same experience. Got very little sleep in what I can only describe as a claustrophobic experience that ultimately ruined a short weekend getaway. To top it off the hotel refused 2 packages that were sent earlier in the week that included my name and arrival date. My 4th stay at this particular property over the past 5 years. The pullman is not what it once was.

A Nice Experience and Service - With Some Notes of Improvement

To start, the reception of my arrival was very well-welcomed, I really appreciate the kindness of the staff to upgrade my room and to allow me to check out late without paying an additional fee. The bag of chocolate pralines that received upon my arrival gave me the feeling of joy and comfort. Then, when I came into the room, I am impressed with the cleanliness of the whole room, and I appreciated the amenities equipped in the room. But there are quite some stuffs that are missing. Firstly, No glass/ ceramic mugs for coffee/tea and no glass to clean my mouth after brushing my teeth. there were only 4 pieces of flimsy, paper cup which is not really nice to drink from. I forgot to bring my own toothbrush and toothpaste, and there were none available in my room either. So I am a bit dissapointed with the lackluster amenities situation that was going on But overall. the stay was nice. I just wish that the hotel would put the attention to the detail on the amenities in the rooms as much as in the anyother parts of the hotel, which was excellent.

Pros; Reception staff excellent in particular Robert for sorting out my problems. Arthur excellent also. Security friendly and efficient as always. Cons; Breakfast; Standard has dropped croissants not as good as before, pain aux chocolates over cooked. Yogurts now cheap plastic, not glass which is recycled like before. ( if the toilet paper is recycled which is poor quality the hotel) Waiting staff; new staff need to learn from older ones what service is about . Claudia is the best Chef by a country mile. Unfortunately it’s noticeable when she is not there. She takes a pride in her work. Congratulations on her promotion well deserved. WIFI still inconsistent

I just spend one night but I was very happy with my room and the friendliness of the staff. Will come back again for sure. The bar is good the breakfast choice is very good too. My room was large and had a nice view.

Very loud, not very clean

My room was at the 8th floor after they upgraded me. During the night I woke up several times due to drunk people congregating in the hallway of this floor and partying. I had the feeling these were gangs! I also found some hairs in the sheets which is never pleasant. Large rooms but not cosy, no water in the minibar.

It was very important for me to have a quiet room with ethernet connectivity to the internet. Everything was great. It is very quiet and very fast internet on a cable connection. Good and easy transfer to CRL airport + easy access to the Europen quarter by metro. Good breakfast. Very responsive and welcoming staff. This has been my second stay in this hotel and I will use it again next time.

We stayed there for 2 nights. We chose the hotel due to its location to the eurostar terminal. It is very convenient as the terminal is steps away from the hotel. It is also within walking distance to the Grand Place and Manniken Pis.

If you are going to use the trains for multiple trips while in Belgium or just want a centrally located hotel then the Pullman Brussels Centre Midi is for you. Friendly staff, nice clean rooms and it has a nice lounge to relax and have an adult beverage.

Good hotel, very convenient, nice rooms, very peasant bar, for Brussels good valuie for money only remark is that the quality of the breakfast is not up to the standards of the hotel, no possibility to get your coffee or tea yourself, and it takes way to long to get it served. Also choice is not so big

The rooms were nice, although not very large. I was on the 8th floor so had a very nice view of Brussels. The blackout curtains work pretty well, although it might not be enough for people who need cavelike surroundings to sleep. The only real problem was how long I had to wait at checkout and when I picked up my bag later in the day. Worse yet, during the 10 minutes I was made to wait to ask for my bag, I could hear other staff in the office chatting away. Thankfully I wasn’t rushing to catch a train, because I’d have been in real trouble.

So long as the cost is not too high, I normally stay at the Pullman when I am in Brussels (which is every two or three months). It is conveniently close to the Eurostar terminal. The rooms are nice and the breakfast good. It is also close to the Metro. I was surprised on this stay to find one of the light bulbs was failing and constantly flashing. They should have fixed this. The shower spray was also leaking, which they also should have fixed. Had I stayed more than one night I would have raised this.

There is nothing much to comment on. Everything (except someone left over half avocado in the minibar) was as to be expected. Had a bite to eat in the hotel bar in the evening. very decent. Bed comfortable. You cannot stay any closer to the Eurostar.

This was a very nice hotel. The personnel was okay and the room was okay as well. Everything was clean, but not everything was working okay. The hotel is at the Brussels Midi station. If that's a good thing I don't know. Unfortunately the price/quality ratio was crazy.

Just inside Brussels-Midi, very convenient. Room is spacious, breakfast is good. There were reviews which mentioned about the area being dodgy but our families didn't feel so. Great place to stay overall.

We stayed three separate times over two weeks. Each stay was remarkable.The rooms were clean and quiet, with blackout curtains. The staff was extremely helpful and took great care of us. We did not eat at the hotel. The hotel is within the Midi train station with direct access to many locations. It's about 15 minutes walk to the Grand Place. The area around the hotel looks a bit sketchy but we never felt unsafe nor were we ever harassed. I highly recommend the Pullman Brussels Centre Midi.
