It is our priority to ensure that our guests feel supported and assisted at all times, and we regret that we fell short in providing you with the helpful service you deserved. Regarding the Wi-Fi connectivity, we understand how important internet access is for our guests, and we apologize for any inconvenience the connection issues may have caused. We continuously strive to maintain high-quality internet services for all our guests and your experience is certainly not reflective of our standards. We do offer Wifi for ALL, a very fast connection exclusively for our members (a free membership programm of Accor hotels). Did you encounter issues connecting to this one too? We also apologize for the discomfort you experienced with the pillows and the room temperature. While we do not have a varied pillow menu, we understand that sleep quality is fundamental, and we regret that we could not accommodate your request for additional pillows. Additionally, we empathize with the frustration you felt regarding the air conditioning settings. We aim to provide a comfortable environment for all our guests, and we are sorry that the temperature in your room was not conducive to a restful stay. Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us, and we are concerned to learn that you felt it was compromised. We have a strict policy regarding the 'do not disturb' sign and we deeply regret that this was not adhered to. We take this matter very seriously and will ensure that our procedures are reinforced to prevent any such occurrences in the future. Drogi gospodarzu, Dziękujemy za poświęcenie czasu na napisanie tej recenzji. Cieszymy się, że docenił Pan czystość i schludność naszego hotelu, co jest dla nas priorytetem. Z przykrością dowiedzieliśmy się o trudnościach związanych z windą oraz o Pańskim odczuciu, że standard pokoi wymaga odświeżenia. Chcielibyśmy przypomnieć, że nasze pokoje były odnawiane w 2015 roku, jednak zawsze dążymy do ich regularnej aktualizacji, aby zapewnić naszym gościom jak najlepsze warunki pobytu. Co do windy, informujemy, że zazwyczaj staramy się unikać przydziału pokoi na piętrach wymagających użycia windy dla gości z dużym bagażem i przepraszamy za wszelkie niedogodności. Mimo to, cieszymy się, że lokalizacja naszego hotelu przypadła Panu do gustu. Nasze centralne położenie w samym sercu Brukseli, blisko Grand Place oraz strefy handlowej, jest często chwalone przez naszych gości. Mamy nadzieję, że wkrótce będziemy mogli gościć Cię ponownie. We are delighted that you found the bed in your room very comfortable, our aim is to provide a restful sleep experience with the Ibis Sweet Bed and duvet. However, and as mentioned in our contact per e-mail, we are concerned to hear about the incident that occurred during your stay and the way it was handled when you reported it. Security and guest safety are paramount to us, and we apologize that you felt otherwise in this instance. Furthermore, it is regrettable that the level of customer care did not meet your expectations. We take these matters seriously and will address them internally to ensure they do not happen again.
