Jesteśmy szczęśliwi, że nasza obsługa spotkała się z Państwa uznaniem, zawsze dążymy do tego, aby nasi goście czuli się wyjątkowo i profesjonalnie obsłużeni. Jednakże zauważyliśmy Państwa uwagi odnośnie śniadania i pragniemy przeprosić za niedogodności związane z temperaturą serwowanych dań. Dbamy o to, aby nasze śniadania były nie tylko bogate i smaczne, ale także podawane w odpowiedni sposób. Wasze uwagi są dla nas cenne i zostaną wykorzystane do dalszej poprawy jakości serwisu śniadaniowego. Mimo to, cieszymy się, że lokalizacja naszego hotelu przyczyniła się do pozytywnego wrażenia z pobytu, znajdując się zaledwie 200 metrów od Grand-Place, co sprawia, że najlepsze atrakcje Brukseli są na wyciągnięcie ręki. Location was excellent. You walk out and you are in middle of action. You step out of Brussel Central and then walk few steps, take right and keep walking and on your right at V shape is the hotel. So like 3-4 minutes. Rooms were adequate for us, spacious enough, Hotel does show age inside. Definitely not a 4 star but 3 star at best. Didn't try breakfast or other facilities. Looks like we dodged the bullet. Rooms were not cheap but location was good Have nothing to complain, and would definitely recommend for location itself if no other option present.

This is a functional chain hotel, ideally situated close to Grand Place, the central train station, an interesting restaurant and bar area, and a number of cultural attractions. This location is by far its best feature. Presenting itself as a 4-Star hotel, it seemed a 3 at best. Toilet (separate) and bathroom were cramped and somewhat tired (the washbasin in the bathroom wasn’t draining properly), the only toiletries came in refillable shower gel and shampoo dispensers, the lifts were similarly cramped, and the public areas were oddly positioned / laid out and styleless. Front desk staff were more efficient than welcoming, with one young man in particular being somewhat curt (perhaps a function of the line-up of guests checking in). In short, its services and ambience are not as sophisticated as one would expect from its price point. Were I to visit Brussels again and wanted to stay in this area, I’d probably try the nearby Ibis. So not so much a bad experience as a somewhat disappointing one given the price.

Decent place, great location, rooms are quite compact

Average place to stay in. Best part is the location as it is next to the palace, is well connected by metro and trains and is dotted with restaurants, cafes and shopping joints. Staff is courteous, but quite transactional. When you enter, hardly anyone makes eye contact with you or welcomes you unless you initiate a conversation. Also, the lobby feels like a co-working space to me, like a thoroughfare with so much happening that it seems multiple units are operating inside. Cleaning is basic, breakfast buffet is tad boring and repetitive, with most options being for cold items. Best part about breakfast is fresh orange juice and good choice of fresh fruits and pancake maker machine. They also have some good choice of breads and spreads, but scrambled eggs could be a lot better and enticing. Overall, they score over many because of the location, time to take their level up (like prices already have) to live up to Novotel's name.

I was debating to give 3 or 4 stars for poor WIFI and mixed feeling on customer service. Great location: Around corner from Brussels centraal, convenient for you to take the train to Ghent, Brugge, airport, other cities in Europe. A few blocks from Grote Mrkt, Manekin pis, Grand place,royal palace, etc Lots of restaurants, stores, , laundromat. Ambiance; Modern, trendy. Lobby is spacious with lots of areas to sit and relax. Front desk it is weird. At the end of the bar. Hallways are narrow and low ceiling. Room: Room is not too big, little tight in space. It has this modern, simple look. Bed is comfortable Bathroom: Small bathroom with bathtub and shower. Counter sink is very small so ladies do not have enough room for all their stuff. Shower is very small very tight to take a shower. Toilet is separate. Breakfast: Not impressed, but decent breakfast. Scrambled and boiled Eggs, bacon, sausage as proteins. Scrambled eggs tasted like boiled eggs. They also have a DIY machine. It also includes bread section , cold cuts , fresh fruit, límite juice apple and orange. Service: I guess it is a mixed bag. Most staff are courteous and friendly. Front desk is helpful and courteous. Maids that are usually on the hallways in the mornings are polite courteous. Always saying good morning and making sure you have enough room to get through. Staff at breakfast is not rude, but it is hard to get a good morning or a smile. They do keep the tables clean and replenish food promptly, but one expects a smile when you have eye contact. I think is part of hospitality WIFI: Terrible. So slow and always disconnecting. Although is free and nowadays most hotels do not charge for WIFI and provide a free service with decent speed. It was terrible. If you are in a business trip you would have issues. Overall, a good stay. I am not sure, I would stay again as there are other options right next door like Ibis, NH Collection, Hilton since I had issue. With internet and although in vacation, I had to stay in touch with a couple of pending projects
