This hotel is in a great location right in the middle of Brussels and with plenty of places to eat and shops nearby. The staff are very friendly and helpful and my room was good which everything I needed - shower gel, plugs, clean towels, and got an ironing board and iron from reception and clean. I chose breakfast out of the two mornings I stayed at the hotel which was nice but on my third morning I went to the bakery over across the square and sat outside to eat my breakfast, I wished I'd of done this every morning, not because the hotel breakfast wasn`t good but the bakery was cheaper, had more choice and you could sit outside - was a better experience. Also the hotels are close to the metro stations which take you straight to the airports and main train stations in Brussels. overall a great experience and I'd stay here again if I were to return to Brussels.

Najbardziej Państwa hotel cenię za śniadania, personel, w tym utrzymanie czystości w pokojach. Tym razem dostałem bardzo mały pokój, ale był to niewielki minus w stosunku do pozostałych aspektów.

Ibis is a reliable hotel chain. The location is unbeatable; as it says, right off Grand Place in the heart of Brussels. It's a hundred meters from Brussels Central train station, where trains from the airport stop. The room was a bit small but it had a view of an 18th century building across the street. The bed was comfortable. Everything was perfectly correct. The service was fine. The breakfast is worth it for €15 because you can load up and then have a light lunch. If you can get a double room for under about €150 I would recommend it.

Tiny, minimalistic room with great location

Our first Ibis stay. The location, as mentioned by many others, is fantastic. Down the hill from the train station (so you have to walk back up with your luggage) but not bad. The room was interesting. We could barely turn around it was so small. We paid a little extra for the "view," which was fine, but had I known we could get a room where one person didn't have to back all the way up to the door so the other could pass, I would have asked for it. The bed was fine, bathroom very small and sadly no refrigerator, but it their defense I'm not sure where it would go!! Too many choices to eat right outside the door so didn't do breakfast. Might try another Ibis but not if all rooms are this tiny.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for one night only. The front reception I believe her name was Rosa very friendly and helpful person. Easy check in. The room was super nice and comfortable. You’re very close to all the tourist attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel when staying at Brussels. I would book it again too if I ever come back to Brussels.
