We are pleased to know you appreciated our convenient location near the metro and shopping center. However, we are truly sorry to learn about the shortcomings you experienced during your stay. First, please accept our sincerest apologies for the lack of friendliness from our reception team. Greeting our guests warmly is a key part of the service we aim to deliver, and we regret falling short of this standard. Rest assured, your feedback will be shared with the team to reinforce our training efforts. Regarding your dinner experience, we regret that the service was slow due to the limited number of staff in the restaurant. We are reviewing our staffing levels during peak hours to ensure a smoother and more efficient experience for all our guests. Most importantly, we deeply apologize for the incident on your checkout day when housekeeping entered your room despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign. This is certainly not reflective of the high standards we strive to maintain. We understand how unsettling this situation must have been and are glad the reception team took steps to address it by investigating and offering Accor points as compensation.
