On our first vacation and visit to Paris, we had our eye on this hotel for years in advance. Upon our arrival, after a long haul flight, we were told our room was not ready. I did request an early check-in a month in advance. Please keep in mind any accommodations you request will not be met. We booked twin beds to only be welcomed with one King. After waiting hours to check-in, we were finally taken to our room. Upon us walking in our room with an unfresh smell, and the toilet with urine and feces still on it. Utterly disgusted. We had to call housekeeping to clean just the toilet. For 7 days/nights, I had to consistently request toilet paper (tissue), water, new cups because housekeeping did not replace those items. On top of that after a day of exploring, I return to our room and our key would not work. I would say the Frame (restaurant) was very good. The valet were helpful as well. I would say take your money and stay at another hotel or even Airbnb at this point.
Horrible experience. They do not clean the room properly, left dirty cups untouched. Toiletries not top-up. All 7 nights!

Daily housekeeping and cleaning of the room is horrible. The used coffee cups and utensils were not cleared, not replaced, and left the dirty cups and utensils un-moved/unattended for days. We stayed there for 7 nights !! The shower gel and shampoo in the dispenser in the shower room were also emptied. We informed the reception twice on this matter BUT was never refilled or attended to during any of the housekeeping (daily) clean-ups. Again, we stayed there for 7 nights and this was not attended to at all. Bathroom towels were also not replaced with new ones for the final few days. During the first few days, they did replace them with new ones, but only 1 out of 2 towels were provided (note: our booking was for 2-person occupancy). A selected few staff at the concierge and reception was helpful, but most of them are not. I asked what is the taxi fare for the hotel to the airport at the reception and the reception consultant just shrugs his shoulder and stated he does not know (actually this information is widely available on the internet, for the location of this hotel (before the river) it is EUR58 FIXED FLAT FEE to the airport - I asked them reception/concierge just to double confirm but was SHOCKED they were reluctant to advise. I know the particular knew the answer as his other teammate later came up to tell me it was EUR 58, and this particular staff nudged his teammate not to advise further and asked me to go check myself?? I do not understand why such insecurity/behavior?). Quite a shocking experience from Pullman. Was not expecting this at all. This is one of the most premium twin rooms in the hotel (Twin room 32m2, with balcony directly facing the Eiffel tower). On value for money, I would give it ZERO stars, if such an option is available.

Please read this review and do not book this hotel! I stayed there one night in February of 2023 and had full intentions of booking more days due to its location and proximity to the Eiffel Tower. Unfortunately , I could barely make it through a full night with the awful and discriminatory treatment of the hotel staff. From the moment we stepped in the hotel the door man “greeted” us by accusing me of “touching” the doors. We never received a “bonjor”, just don’t touch the doors in English. Later we tried to enjoy the hotel amenities. Unfortunately it was obvious we weren’t welcomed in their “club”. The moment I walked in the door, again no bonjour, (what happened to manners?) I was told I looked “tired”, which was a blatant attempt to get us to leave the club. I tried to address this with management and I must admit that Fatima was amazing and tried to solve the selective service problem (I noticed great service for everyone that wasn’t noir). The worker refused to address the matter and she too left in frustration with the staff. At check out I was again harassed by the same door man from arrival. He gets in my face wanting to know if I enjoyed my stay? When I told him the hotel service was terrible and he was apart of the problem, he grew defensive. The lady at the front desk saw this and tried to mitigate the issue by offering us chocolate, which was very kind (it could never excuse poor behavior by staff). All in all we left that hotel and booked a stay at the Renaissance Paris Nobel. I would 1000% recommend going with this hotel instead of The Pullman. We were treated like humans and greeted like the paying customers we were. Front desk was warm and accommodating and the whole atmosphere was far more positive than The Pullman. Please save your money and don’t waste your time booking with The Pullman.

We visited Paris on our European adventure in January (low season) with my infant son and husband. The hotel is nicely situated within a block or so of the metro station and is steps away from the entrance of the Eiffel Tower complex. We were not blessed with a view of the tower, but that is a selling point. Versailles metro stop is just down the street. The staff is all very nice and the rooms are clean if a little bit small for our family of 3. Room service is prompt and daily and they refill the waters every day (which is very important for this breast feeding mom). There is no difficulty communicating in English. The breakfast is the highlight of the trip - the baguettes, the chouquettes, the financiers, the scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, hand squeezed orange juice etc. Food is fresh and wonderful and complemented by amazing service. Staff took wonderful care of us and I wish I could remember everyone's name by heart - they all loved my son and were always ready to entertain him. Celine especially took good care of us every morning. Some cons of this hotel - the dinner options around the area are so so - incredibly touristy and rather pricy. We opted to go past champ de mars around Pl Joffre. Brasserie Le Suffren especially was my favorite. Food was impeccable but might be a tad difficult if you don't speak French. Secondly, the typical tourist areas are all a bus ride or subway ride away - ie. Louvre, Notre dame etc. but not too far. Just additional things to keep in mind. Bathroom is a little bit cramped.
