Check-in was smooth as Jeff was nice and polite. He even spoke a few words in Chinese. Guy from concierge was very helpful. The buffet breakfast was over burnt and food was average. However, Christophe was very helpful and attentive. The view from the room balcony was breathtaking.

Stayed here on a Viking river cruise extension. As the name implies it is only a few blocks from La Tour Eiffel, Champs de Mars and surrounding cafés. Buffet breakfast located off the main lobby, is excellent. Other things not so much. After arriving I wanted a shower so, looked for the hair dryer in advance. It was not in any of the usual European hotel hiding places. Called the concierge. He said it was under the sink in a bag. I said it was not. He would send up a dryer. Thirty minutes later and no dryer. Called again. Housekeeping would bring one up. Another 30 minutes. No dryer. Grabbed a piece of paper, wrote room #335 in big numbers and took it down personally to reception. Handed it to a confused guy and said, “hair dryer. Now.” Went back to room. Woman delivered dryer in a draw-string bag 10 minutes later. Has shower. Dried hair. The night before checkout and the start of the cruise, I stopped by reception and asked for a paper printout of my bill. I explained very carefully that I was not checking out now but next morning and only wanted a copy of my statement. Got it and went to the elevator. Room card would not work in elevator. Tried another elevator. No go. Went back to reception to a different specimen to have my card re-initialized after Mr. Printout had wiped it clean. This hotel has many North American customers and needs to spend more time and effort in staff training.

This hotel is amazing, and is just a few short blocks from the Eiffel Tower. They have a great staff. Everyone is very friendly, and accommodating.

I would like to leave a sincere and warm review about a Pullman by Eiffel Tower hotel employee named Lilian, who checked us in. He was incredibly professional, attentive, and friendly. Lilian made the check-in process quick, smooth, and genuinely pleasant. He answered all our questions, provided helpful information, and created a true sense of hospitality. Thanks to his care and excellent attitude, our stay at the hotel began with a wonderful impression. We are truly grateful to Lilian for his outstanding work and exceptional service.
