I had an absolutely outstanding stay at Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel, made even more special by the incredible hospitality of the staff. From the moment I arrived at the VIP check-in desk, Chloe went above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience. She welcomed me with enthusiasm, explained the features of the upgraded room I had received (a wonderful perk of my ALL Accor Diamond status), and truly made me feel valued. Her exceptional service didn’t stop there—when my boyfriend accidentally left his phone in an Uber, Chloe took it upon herself to track us down and ensure we got it back. This level of attentiveness was not an isolated incident but rather a reflection of the hotel’s consistently high standards. Ahead of a fashion show we were involved in, we found ourselves in urgent need of printing additional show programs on special paper. Given that it was a Sunday, all commercial printing services were closed, but the front desk team eagerly stepped in to assist. Their dedication and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference. Beyond the impeccable service, the view of the Eiffel Tower from the hotel is simply unbeatable, and the housekeeping team is not only diligent but also incredibly kind. This stay reaffirmed why I continue to be loyal to the Pullman brand and Accor Group. Thank you to the entire team for an unforgettable experience—I look forward to my next visit!

Great hotel. Had a room on the 2nd floor with a balcony overlooking the Eiffel Tower. The location is excellent. The rooms were very good. The bed was SO SO COMFORTABLE. The bathroom was lovely, great products and lovely waterfall shower. Its easy for taxi's to and from the airport or the city. The bar/restaurant is also good. The staff at check in are excellent. And the porters and door staff. Always a great welcome when coming in and out. Stayed 4 nights. A great 4 star in a great location.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Pullman Tour Eiffel, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The hotel’s location is absolutely unbeatable—just steps away from the iconic Eiffel Tower, offering breathtaking views that are worth every penny. Waking up to see the Eiffel Tower from our window was a memory I will cherish forever. Our room, was modern, spacious, and very clean. The bed was really comfortable and the rainfall shower was a treat after a long day of exploring Paris. The hotel’s design perfectly balances contemporary elegance with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff were all friendly and professional, particularly all the staff working in the restaurant at breakfast. The breakfast buffet was excellent, featuring a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. It was one of the best breakfast selections that I have seen for a while and there was also a separate area for gluten free. Whether you’re visiting Paris for business or leisure, the Pullman Tour Eiffel is a fantastic choice. The combination of its prime location (close to the Eiffel Tower and metro and RER stations), great service, and wonderful amenities makes it a standout hotel.
