Hotel bardzo dobrze zlokalizowany. Recepcja jest wąskim gardłem, ponieważ zazwyczaj 2 osoby obsługują a rotacja gości jest bardo duża, więc pozostaje stać w długich kolejkach. Apartamenty wygodne, w bardzo dobrym wyglądzie, za wykąrkiem lazienki. Dość dudzno w pokojach, jakby klimTyzacja była niewydolna. Cały wyjazd jednak został popsuty poprzez niezałatwienie tematu nie działającej zmywarki ( przez 7 dniowy pobyt). W odpowiedzi recepcji i hotelu na rekompensatę tej niedogodności pojawił się uśmiech i odpowiedź „ my nie rekompensujemy”. Odpowiedzi na maila nie było- zero reakcji.

Unfortunately on December 28th on day 3 of our stay was again a nightmare when we returned in the evening. This was for us the limit. The negative highlight of 4 days paid stay in the aparthotel. It was around midnight that we exhausted after a whole day in Paris wanted to take a fresh shower and go to sleep immediately. Unfortunately that was not possible. Already in the hallway to the rooms there was a soggy carpet. This time both rooms 711 and 712 were found very dirty with again a penetrating smell. The floor was littered with unclear excrement and very wet. Our belongings had been touched by unknown persons that had been moved or found dirty and wet in the sink. Again I reported this calamity to the reception. When it turned out that the problem had been known for some time, adagio nevertheless did not hesitate to rent out rooms 711 and 712 in poor condition, without reporting the defects in advance. In doing so, adagio seriously damaged our stay, endangered our health and confronted us with unexpected and undesirable circumstances. If we had been honest, transparent and informed in advance, we would of course not have chosen to stay at adagio aparthotel tour eiffel. Hounded by the situation in which adagio exposed us, we had to move to another place of residence, adagio opera, at around 01.30 in the morning of 29 December. This caused a lot of insecurity and inconvenience for our family. Around 01.50 in the morning I had to find out that there was no parking space at the other Adagio location, so I had to park at Qpark. The new environment was frighteningly quiet and deserted at that time, which was a very unsafe situation for me as a stranger in the area. Now I am also confronted with extra unexpected parking costs in a public parking lot. I now have too much of a headache and am now too sick and tired to map out and present all the damage. A modest hotel in a great location, we used Charles Michel Metro daily, and the local eats are simple and some reasonable prices around. Though some cafes like Cafe Beaugrenelle do not welcome tourists for coffee and sweets, seems only acceptable for locals. Quite discrminative and disappointing. Hotel is a bit tired, and amenities are not well maintained. Showers over bath are ok with leaks through the half glass partition. Laundrette machines are not maintained, and not all were working. Only accepted coins when notes shown as accepted and front desk do not provide change, it is up to the guest to find coins from elsewhere for non working machines in the hotel. Front desk service was average and only did check in check out service mostly. No room service for 6 nights stay and no one answers front desk phone so you have to go to front desk to replenish towels, toilet paper and tissues. , etc yourself. Front reception is in a bad location and often crowded. Smokers right at the entrance, so smoke goes into entry waiting area. Views of the Eiffel Tower were good but there was a tall white chimney like 40 storey tall immediately in front of it and is a bit of distraction to the tower view. Would consider other options around such a high nightly room rate.

We booked here as we wanted to use the fitness room facilities, and these were closed for the 3 nights we stayed here. When asked when they would be open, staff member said they did not know, nor did they try to find out for us! Then, we wanted to use the laundry facilities. However, they only took cash/coins to use the hotel laundry. We asked if we could pay them by card, and they could give us tokens/coins as we had no cash, they said it was *impossible". Very unhelpful staff. Unable to get room cleaned more than weekly.

The area where the hotel was located was perfect. It was near to restaurants, stores, pharmacies and churches. The room was very clean and comfortable. It provided everything you could possibly need from a large walk in shower to a kitchenette with a refrigerator and equipment to make tea or coffee. I was most impressed with Salwah, the front desk person, who helped as with everything from providing suggestions of places to visit to writing down directions to take mass transportation. She made our stay very pleasant. Her ability to communicate in English fluently facilitated all interactions. This was very comforting in a foreign country.
