Room was good size. We booked 2 beds. Was 2 singles. Had to seperate them ourselves. No room service. 1/2 air con didn't work. Was located well, 15 walk to tower. Staff were friendly. We asked for 4 star, I reckon it was 2.5/3 at most. Maybe it's a Paris thing, but having been to USA, NZ, GB, and Ozzie hotels, I wasn't impressed! Wonder what the kick back to the travel agent was???

Our rooms do offer twin or double bed options, and we would have been happy to assist you with any adjustments needed. As for the air conditioning, each guest can adjust the temperature individually, and we encourage guests to reach out to our 24-hour reception for any assistance. We understand that our offering may be different from traditional hotels, but we strive to provide a comfortable and convenient stay for our guests. Disaster Mold No Air No Elevator Getto

Below 1 star. Entrance is under an underpass to roads so it’s like being in an open basement parking lot, trash piled up, homeless people sleeping in mattresses on sidewalk - we where frightened to walk at night, really sketchy bar across the street. That is just the outside - I listed to the staff for 8 days telling everyone the air was out in some of the rooms - then one employee told us 99% if rooms had no air - problem is, even when it was cooler days, there are NO windows that open, heat rises, the floors where over 95 degrees Fahrenheit and our room never got below 85 and we grabbed 3 large fans. Some neighboring rooms had no water. We were on the 16th floor and our side had no elevator, we had to go to the second town we and then cross through the fire escape stairs that attached the buildings. Two days brighter side elevators worked - there are I think 28 or more floors, we were on the 16th floor, it was madness expecting us to climb up 16 flights of stairs in 90 degree weather. They would not even comp us any water bottles and expected us to walk up and down 16 flights of stairs to get filtered water which only worked 4 out of the 8 days. The room smelled like mold, I have asthma and had to use my inhaler more than I’m even supposed to and I have picture of mold all over the bathroom. And at close look, you can see they just painted Uber it and it is coming through the paint. Again, NO way to open windows to get fresh air. We would have left the moment we stepped foot into the lobby where there where probably 10 people lined up yelling at the staff because of the unbearable unsafe condition, however, it was currently the Rugby World Cup and there where no hotels under $600 or much more, per night so we where stuck. They offered no discount or anything - I’ve never experienced something so sketchy in my life. After reading reviews it is clear this hotel is breaking down and staff just keep making excuses to families and they are doing nothing but painting over mold and they had no one working on the elevators on our tower that we ever saw. Seems like something they just decide that everyone can use one side and then you are waiting longer because 2 towers of families are using the same set of elevators. Additionally, I am not sure what is going on in the lobby and breakfast area but I tried working downstairs everyday because my room was too hot and the lobby at least cooled down from the opening doors, but they mopped with vinegar like ever hour, baseboards too. Seemed like they are masking a major health problem. I never write bad reviews, but this one I had to. NEVER EVER stay at this hotel!

AC and lift problems

Location is actually not too bad as it it near to multiple metro stations and grocery shop. Cleanliness wise still acceptable and it provided me a good Eiffel tower view (as per my booking). However staffs are not friendly and welcoming, AC not working and during my stays, both the lift was malfunction and I have to keep using lift from another section of the building.

The hotel rooms have air-condition problems

This hotel has A/C issues. We booked a 5 night stay. The first 2 days there was no A/C. It took a long time for a technician to come and fix it, we had to complain the 2nd time. There is a self adjusting A/C control inside the room but the it didn't work the first 2 nights. The hotel provides this portable small fan cos they know they have aircondition issues. Look at the attached photo as proof of this portable fan they give you to make up for the A/C problem. You cant open the windows, so its hard to breathe inside no circulation. Be careful when booking! Other guests were also complaining about their A/C when we were there.

Terrible, no AC, no ventilation

We just checked in. We got 2 rooms. AC is not working in both (not even ventilation). The receptionist is trying to help but she said that same problem is there in a lot of rooms. Not sure why they even accepted booking if there is so much problem. And if they know there is a problem, why couldn’t they check the AC before giving the rooms. Even technician came switched it on and it went off again in 5 minutes. And then we had to leave while awaiting for the technician again. Big problem is intact that there is no ventilation in the room and difficult to breathe as one member in my family has Asthama. Hoping we will get change of rooms today itself! Will update soon..
