This hotel’s management is greedy and completely insensitive. My husband had an emergency surgery a few days ago, we can’t travel anymore, and despite providing official medical documents they refused to cancel my booking. I fully understand that my booking is non‑refundable, but this isn’t just a simple cancellation — it’s a serious health issue. Beware: all they care about is money, not people!

It’s an okay hotel, about 20mins walk to the Eiffel Tower, there’s not an awful lot directly around it, but reasonable price. The rooms are basic, but clean. Also, negative to give really small paper cups in the room for tea/coffee is it really that much effort to have proper mugs? We always stay in Novotels, hence the booking but this one was probably a little below what we’d expect from one.

Jak już wspomniałem ogrzewanie nie działało o czy personel wiedział i nas nie poinformował. Zona nadal jest chora i zamiast zwiedzać paryz bolało mnie gardło i miałem katar. Dopiero na drugi dzień otrzymaliśmy grzejnik ale w pokoju zrobiło się ciepło na 3 dzien.

Bardzo nam przykro z powodu problemów z ogrzewaniem w pokoju i związanych z tym niedogodności, które wpłynęły na komfort Państwa pobytu oraz zdrowie. Jak wspomniano, wysłaliśmy już do Państwa przeprosiny drogą mailową i podejmujemy wszelkie działania, aby taka sytuacja nie powtórzyła się w przyszłości. Good hotel - well located for Paris weekend break

I don’t really understand the negative reviews on this hotel. Basing my review on the price point (if you want luxurious then you’ll pay a lot more!). We travelled as a family - two adults and two teenagers and had two twin rooms. Good, clean rooms with separate beds. Bath with shower, toilet, tv and tea / coffee making facilities in each room. Rituals bath and shower toiletries complimentary and fresh towels daily. Couldn’t ask for more. Tv only had one or two english channels but we are in France and I didn’t expect different. Room was pretty warm but we turned the heating off which was simple. Restaurant - we had breakfast included and it was a good and plentiful continental breakfast toast, pastries, yoghurt, cereal, fruit, juices, fresh omelettes and eggs cooked to order, cheeses, breads, bacon, sausages, plentiful tea / coffee. Was worth having and set us up from day. We didn’t eat in restaurant but we ate in bar - good cheese and charcuterie platters, tasty pizza and Caesar salads (chips / burgers etc also available). Not bad prices especially for Paris. Lovely wine options. Relaxing and friendly and served late (9pm). We ate there twice in evenings as chose to have big lunches out in Paris rather than dinner. Check in process easy, clean main areas of hotel. We purchased extra milk for tea and coffee in room from hotel with no problem. No immediate (within 2 min) restaurant or cafes to hotel but walk 10 mins and they are there. Same with shops. We used the bateaux bus (hop on and off for travel) - stop at Eiffel Tower is a 10/15 min walk from the hotel. Easy walk. Helps to get bearings of city too and good photo opportunities of many sights from boat. Efficient service and good value. Eiffel Tower 10/15 mins before stood under it - easy walk. And opposite side of river at Trocadéro Gardens offered wonderful views and great photo opportunities especially when sparkled at night. Plus great little market offering snacks and drinks at reasonable prices whilst watch. The bateau bus was great we used it to get us to Louvre, Nôtre dame, various museums and gardens, shopping. Each stop only 5- 15 min walk from lots and lots things to do. Boat was pleasant and offers great views from the river and quick. Highly recommend using if stay at this hotel. We had a 48 hour pass and well used. Even on way back we got the boat as far as could and then walked 25 min from stop to Gard du Nord to avoid paying expensive taxis and to maximise visit. I would stay at this hotel again for a weekend break.

Good hotel close to eifel tower,clean room will stay there again,friendly staff, October 31 we eat dinner in buffet food was cold right a 6 pm said bar etc was all good, soup was watery no flavors, next morning we eat breakfast all was good but one chef to make omelet for 300 pp he should have at least 3 station order that love the food
