The stay at Sofitel Paris Baltimore Tour Eiffel was fantastique! My spouse and I enjoyed the hotel's excellent hospitality throughout our stay. The exquisite customer service started before we arrived at the hotel when I was in communication with Carmela from the hotel's Guest Relations, who fully accommodated us regarding our room requests. Carmela offered her assistance with grace and impeccability. When we arrived at the hotel, we were welcomed by Carmela and Audrey from the hotel's guest relations. Both Carmela and Audrey showed an outstanding level of professionalism that we like to see when we travel, and they created a great initial impression of the beautiful hotel. The hotel, a former mansion, truly stands beautifully tucked away in the Arrondissement 16 within walking distance of the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower. We loved everything about the hotel; our room was lovely, all amenities were exceptional, and the customer service was impeccable. We also want to thank the hotel's housekeeping staff for presenting an impeccably clean room every time we asked for housekeeping services; nothing is more wonderful than returning to a sparkly clean room after a day of discovering beautiful Paris. We would like to thank Soazig, Guest Relations Officer, and Carmela for the beautiful gift we found in our room on behalf of the hotel. The gift truly touched our hearts and was another testimony of the warm and welcoming hospitality the hotel offered us. Thank you again! We ate all our meals throughout our stay at the hotel: breakfast at Lordy's Paris Club and room service. We were blessed to meet many extraordinary hotel employees throughout our culinary experience: the restaurant host or hostess, the serving staff servers, and the room service attendants. Many thanks to the Chef(s) and their team who contributed to an outstanding culinary experience! Overall, we experienced a wonderful stay with exquisite hospitality and customer service! Thank you!

I had an AMAZING time there. The customer service was outstanding (espeically front desk attendant Nayeem!). It was the marathon so buys but everyone was super nice. I recommend using AMEX to book if you have it as you get all the perks. Great location!

Guest relation officer Audray was superb, from the finest details and her service was superb. It’s really lucky that she provided such a good experience for me and my wifes anniversary that it shadowed how small and overpriced the rooms are, with bad views. I was supposed to be given an upgrade but wasn’t offered despite booking thru a luxury app. In short, really excellent service, attention to details and going the extra mile but disappointing rooms, no view , super small and not value for money for the price I am paying for. Also kudos to porter Wenceslas for his very friendly service and help which make our stay better and memorable

I had the privilege of staying at the Sofitel Baltimore Paris during one of the most intense moments in the hotel’s and city’s history—the Paris Olympics. Despite the incredible pressure of the event, the staff made everything feel effortless. You would never have known they were under duress; the service was simply perfect. Our group was large, complex, and certainly not the easiest to accommodate, yet the entire team welcomed us with open arms. We essentially took over the hotel, with unique working hours, challenging schedules, and constantly moving parts—and nothing was ever too much trouble. They adapted seamlessly to our needs and made it feel like home from day one. We were genuinely sad to leave, and we can’t wait to return. A truly world-class experience from a world-class team.

Decent stay in Paris--just wish I spoke French.

We booked 2 rooms for our spring break trip to Paris in March 2025. We tried to communicate with the hotel to request adjoining rooms or rooms nearby each other before we arrived, but when we checked into the hotel there was a significant language barrier and the front desk staff did not seem to understand our request. We had 2 rooms that were on different floors, unfortunately and when we tried to get moved the next day, they could not accommodate this request. The rooms were probably the most spacious rooms we've ever had in Europe and the Bulgari toiletries were a nice touch. The staff at the hotel are not very hospitable, but I think that since this was across the board, it may have been cultural/related to the language barrier. I don't think I would recommend this hotel to other families visiting Paris for the first time--the concierge was downright rude at times. My 8-year old daughter left her smart watch on the nightstand when we checked out, and my husband, who speaks some French, tried to request it be mailed to us at our charge, but didn't get a response. Luckily, our friends visited Paris the following week and they speak French so they were able to pick it up for us.
