Absolutely delighted with our lunch experience at the Paris Baltimore Tour Hotel today! The service provided by Mohamed and Claire was exceptional, making our visit truly memorable. The food was outstanding—those chicken sandwiches were the best we've had in a long time, juicy and perfectly seasoned. The sidewalk atmosphere added a charming touch, with umbrellas providing just the right amount of shade. To top it all off, the streetside ice cream service was a delightful surprise. Wonderful people, fantastic food, and a perfect setting—can't wait to come back!

The Sofitel Baltimore is great! The staff, especially Belen in Reservations! The front desk is very kind and helpful. Bellman is also very helpful and sweet with children. I would highly recommend. For a Sofitel, this hotel fit the mold perfectly. We traveled with 2 children (ages 8 and 5) and the hotel even gives them little slippers which is a very nice and thoughtful touch. Hotel was able to accommodate us with our Gold Accor membership benefits. Hotel was full due to busy time in Paris, but we did not feel any lack of customer service. The hotel is walking distance to the metro station (2 mins) that you can easily access the rest of the city. Ubers are also readily available and are relatively inexpensive for a city like Paris ($13-$18 Euros for a normal Uber). The two downfalls were I wish the room was a little larger for the 4 of us, and that we had more time in Paris! I highly recommend Sofitel Baltimore and will definitely be back soon!

My experience at the Baltimore was beautiful, the hotel itself is a piece of art, such a vibrant and cozy hotel, at the moment I walked in I felt at home all the time, each space was design in a very elegant and stylish way that made me feel like in my living room. The building and rooms are beautiful and you can get view of the Eiffel Tower from some of them. I had a very pleasant sleep and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. We had dinner at the restaurant The Lordys París Club, that combines French elegance, with a twist of British Sport/Pub culture. Yassine Riahi , the chef has special touch mixing his origins with the English and French culture, we enjoyed every bite of our food, the presentation and the combination of the ingredients left us more than satisfied. The neighborhood was convenient and fun. Highly recommended.

The pillows and the bed is the fluffiest ever! The hotel is just beautiful. The rooms are all slightly different. Staff is amazing! Calling out particularly Leane and Sirine from the reception. There is also a small but well equipped gym. The terrace is fab, very Parisian. The location is great. I just love staying here when I am in Paris.

Exceptional stay at the Sofitel Baltimore Tour Eiffel! The hotel's location is breathtaking, with stunning views of the city from our room. The staff were warm and welcoming, providing top-notch service. The room was stylish, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. We felt pampered and indulged throughout our stay. The hotel's amenities, including the restaurant and bar, were also impressive. A truly unforgettable experience in the City of Light. 5 stars isn't enough - we'd give it 10 stars if we could!
