Lovely hotel. Great breakfast. Staff very informative and helpful. On arrival we were booked into our room and proceeded to go to the room as it was vacant. On opening the door there was a couple there already checked in. Had to go back to reception to then be allocated another room. Lovely room with a spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower. The following day there was only 1 lift working out of 3. Luckily for us we were only on the second floor. Having been out all day and walking 25000 steps all we wanted to do was get back to the room to rest. On going to our room only to find our keyless card wouldn’t work. Back to reception to have it redone. Lack of caffe and bars in that area without going to the Metro or get a taxi. Overall I would stay here again as lovely hotel with a fabulous view.

It is like an overpaid under qualified worker you have in your business. One of the most rudest staff exception a couple I will name them. But mostly behave they just never heard you. After an 18 hour struggle with flight and luggage when i arrived at way beyond check in time at 6:00PM i am told to wait and then given a room which is not clean and has a very bad plumbing . Plus the lady says ( i believe she was the manager ) we will fix it once you come back. It never got fixed and the night shift boy changed the room with an apology his name Nayeem.

We had an amazing stay at The Pullman. We were warmly welcomed by Chloe who assisted us with check in. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Although in some larger hotels, waiting for the elevator can take what seems like forever that was never the case here. The location could not have been better as the Eiffel Tower was just outside of the hotel.

Although the location is ideal and the room was lovely, its location in the hotel made it uninhabitable. In the evening, going as late as 1 or 2 in the morning, the live music on the 10th floor was so loud we couldn’t sleep on the floor below. Additionally, customer service was not as organized or as efficient as we would have hope.

Loved the hotel and yalls hospitality. We were able to do a early check in and the process was seamless. The only thing was that the hotel is a little old and at one point the elevator stopped working. Thankfully we weren’t inside, but we did see it. Other than that we loved it, thanks.
