This hotel is very close Ploenchit. When i visited Bangkok, everyday it was rain once a day.It was so comfortable because there was bridge connected to the subway. Breakfast is not bad. It means just normal😅 Most staffs are kindly. I forgot my phone charger and bought it at the convenience store, but it's already past business hours. So I asked the concierge to use it well that evening because an employee lent me his personal charger. I want to thank her again

I was on a business trip during 4-7 Sep 2024, the key factor to stay in this hotel is Power of located which can connect to BTS on the middle of the train line. 2 stations to Siam and 2 stations to Asok, which you can connect to anywhere in Banakok I was checking-in with Ms. Ying - GSA, I'm just going early from check-in time 2pm. She checked available room status and got me feedback that the room was done cleaning just waiting for the final check needed to wait for 20 minutes and very great that I can get room 20 minute as she said I got room 1814, which is a good view that can see BTS and the motor way and nice building. It's good that there is no noise from BTS or the road. But I got noise from the room door. Speaker, cart, vacuum machine. But it is not a big issue (not too long) I would pass this message to House keeping staff who clean 1814 on 5th Sep. On standard, the water setup is 2 btl. On the night of 4th, I was drinking all water On 5th-6th when I was back in the room. I got 4 btl. Of water, and that without my asking. This is very impressive to me with details of care, please pass my impressive to his/her I went to see the gym, this is a good machine for a workout on the 9th floor, The swimming pool is small but I can understand that not many people use swimming in the city center (going shopping will be better) Just the point which I don't like on the 9th floor is Gym, Spa, Fitness and "meeting room" is on the same floor and we can see each other's activities. For me I feel uncomfortable if I need to go swimming & workout while next to me is people wearing a suite for meetings. But the physical layout cannot change so it will be better if you have some partition to separate the meeting room. Breakfast is good as standard but I feel the same for 3 days meal, menu is not much change. A number of seats are available (I was there during 7-8am.) good view, nice staff. Overall, this is the best hotel for a business trip in Bangkok for location if you need to visit a different office in Bangkok, The room is clean and the staff is very nice. I would recommend and will go back to stay here for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay . Staff were quite helpful and went out of their way to give us delicious dinner even after closure timing. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Rooms were spacious and pretty clean . Restaurant and bar is a real luxury while dining. Moreover the hotel is well placed just below Ploenchit Railway station this saving your travelling time and money . Best Wishes and Thank You Team

We stayed here for four nights. Our check-in was impersonal, as Platinum and Accor Plus members, I was expecting a bit better. We were given a drinks voucher that could only be used before 8:00 pm. (!?) The location is great. Very conveniently opposite a BTS train station, close to all the shops, restaurants, etc. The Exec lounge is rather small, and the choice of food was minimal (manly deep-fried snacks, fruit, etc). This would not be amongst the better lounges I've seen at Accor hotels. The room was a decent size, but I do not understand why hotels cannot provide an extra rack to open suitcases, when requested. We were given a late check-out (which was nice); but the lobby area is small, and as there were many people around, then it got a bit chaotic. (In hindsight, we should have checked out at the lounge). If in Bangkok again, I'd stay elsewhere
