Well located hotel in midst of koramangala. It's a brigade property that has been converted into a hotel. Has studio, one bed rooms. We stayed in a studio that's very spacious. However something bit us on the bed and we had to request them to change sheets. The staff are very friendly. The red Thai curry was very delicious. The French toast at breakfast was too eggy. They had appam on the menu but the chef came and told us he will be able to provide us kerala parota instead. The stew was too salty. It was an OK experience I would say.

I stayed in Grand Mercure for three weeks and the experience has been very positive. Got the "Home away from home". The staff at front desk, the restaurants, spa, housekeeping and security - All are extremely professional, courteous, friendly and gave 1:1 personal attention. The hotel is located in a very prime posh location, the ambience, cleanliness, personal attention to every guests are something worth mentioning. I can't wait to visit India, just to stay in this hotel.

Hotel is pretty good, service is excellent. The location though is very bad, pavements are broken, its dusty everywhere and a lot of dogs outside, cant roam around at night without fear, uber everywhere though. Again, the hotel is pretty good.

1. The bed is very high and side table low 2. The plugs at the side tables were loose, even the side lamps were not properly lighting up. I could'nt charge my mobile. Had to charge it in the bathroom. 3.The pillows were extremely uncomfortable. 4. Air Conditioner was not functioning according to the temperature set. 5. To use the wash basin one had to first get in, close the door and use - totally cramped 6. The chair in the room was not usable-- totally sagged seat - gave me a backache in 2 mins

Extremely polite staff, excellent breakfast buffet. But a bit overzealous in requesting for feedback on service. Sadly there was a used towel hanging on the bathroom door when we checked in. The upgrade to suite was much appreciated. Very pleasant room.

free shuttle service was good. I was happy to see them accommodate last minute time change for the shuttle ride. road construction was a bit of hassle to get to the hotel. breakfast was good. overall, I am satisfied with the service and the hotel amenities.

Grand Mercure, koramangala is a quaint hotel hidden away amongst the prime residences of 3rd block. The property doesn't really have an expansive real estate but it still manages to house the basic requirements of a 4 star hotel like the swimming pool, bar, restaurants, spa... et al. Being an Accorplus member, i managed to get the room at throwaway price and boy, was I delighted! The pros and cons are as follows: What i liked: - The check in was smooth and got over in 5 mins, even though i reached early. - The hotel was prompt in it's communication via emails. - The staff is ever courteous. - THE ROOM! it's a studio apartment with a living room, kitchenette and balcony. absolutely brilliant for the price. - prompt response for any call made. - locale. very quiet, if you are looking for that kinda thing. otherwise, it can be a bit distressing to be disconnected what was quite alright: - the food. American and Indian - The restaurant with the out door seating and the one next to the pool. - in room dining what was not so great - the view. basically there's none cuz it's located amongst the residences... but then, the ROOM! Didn't check out the pool as it is Bangalore in February. The rates are as what a 4 star would have. The amenities in the room include a microwave, electric stove, iron board, toaster and more. The sliding doors are a good touch. the bedroom can be isolated if needed. With all the glass and mirrors, there's an open and airy feeling about it. Fantastic stay and would love to come back. special mention to front manager Mohnish Lall. thank you

The staff were all helpful and nice and the food at your restaurant was delicious. The location was also very convenient, so generally I would say it was a very nice stay and I was quite satisfied. The only two drawbacks is probably (1) the lack of enough electricity charging terminals. A USB hub or two would be most helpful, and (2) Wi-Fi connection was not great in retrospect when compared to the hotel I stayed at in Mumbai. Given the digital age we live in these upgrades would make it more easier for me to come to the hotel again. Thank you!

Registration and check out is a problem. Front office staff have no idea that I have stayed there 100s of times. They always have my contact information wrong.

The location in Koramangala is fantastic as it is on short distance to comercial areas and all kinds of entertainment. The upcoming metro line nearby will further enhance its position. Transport to the office provided by the hotel was 5 starts, drivers were always ontime and very friendly. The included 2pcs of laundry, really makes your life easier as you do not need to pack that much for your trip. Rooms are amazing, biggest and most complete room I have ever stayed on. Really good value. Food in the 12th Main restaurant was amazing, either a la carte or buffet with big spread, quality was top notch. Chef was always attentive and sometimes walked around to ask customers about how they found the food. Restaurant staff were always friendly and briefly took orders and provided what was needed. Reception staff were always welcoming and very supportive to arrange any needs. Check in and out experiences were fast and painless. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel with amazing staff and amenities in a great location. The quality of the services provided in the special rates makes it a must stay option for a business trip to Bengaluru. Thank you very much for making me feel like at home during my stay. My stay was very pleasant. The hotel staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were functional and clean if a little run down. The restaurant and service there were very good. The gym was nice; plenty of equipment and clean. One item of feedback would be that I do not think your concierge should recommend the Skyye lounge as a nice place to go as we found this to be an extremely loud place that did not serve any local food (whereas we had asked for recommendations for good local restaurants; the Punjab Grill that was recommended to us the night before was excellent).
