Situated at decent residential neighbourhood this is little old but nice property with well trained friendly staff. Thanks to reception staff Sita who allotted us beautiful suite with greenery outside our balcony on our request and being Accor plus member.. I suggest little overhall in Bathrooms and other amenities...Kitchen was nice and functional

Front Desk: Poor assistance, Only one counter for Check-in and Check-out. I had to wait for a long time to check-in. One thing I was disappointed was the way, dealt by Front desk (Jeebu) during Checkin. If the person would have told me with a smile to wait until the current guest at desk was attended, it would have been courteous. There was no response even after seeing me. Painful! Just an acknowledgment of my arriving and waiting would have made a lot of difference. I stood there for a while and had to approach myself to the counter. Even, his communication was flat with very less courtesy. Restaurant: Food was OK. Being Vegetarian, my review is limited to this. Breakfast option is amazing. Lunch and Dinner was OK. Deepti was courteous. Housekeeping in Rooms: Rooms are tidy. The utensils and other areas were clean. Rooms: A room that was allocated was pretty bad in the way, there were mosquitoes, the safe locker was not working, AC was a big issue. Whatever you set, the AC used to go back to its pre set value. I was made to wait for more than 3 hours to sort this out after checking in, before I was moved a different room. This is where the customer support Jeebu was unresponsive. I have videos of locker and AC not working, Spa: Your tie up with Tathva is not a great feature. The rooms were chilling cold. The massage was done much before the recommended time. The manager (Raghu) billed for 90 mins while the massage was done for 60 mins. Later, it became an argument and finally, paid for an hour. He was least interested with the customer service. When I cancelled for the second day, he just agreed to it and cancelled the appointment without trying to know the reason for the same. Fine, I saved some money.

Comfortable stay as always. We really enjoy the breakfast spread and fast room service. Things to improve upon would be the WiFi which was slow to the point of being unusable. Also the limit of 4 devices per room is small given today’s situation where most people have 4 devices per person.

Great hotel and affordable rate in that prime location. Reception was very kind to upgrade to suite. Safe check in check out process. Covid protocols are well followed. We were also ask for our vaccination and RTPCR report which made us more feel safe about hotel. Mohnish and gibu were very helpful , Mohnish in reception was also kind to arrange a small cake for my friend’s bday. Bharath assisted us well during check in. Would love to come back soon.

Our stay was very excellent. We were there for my daughter’s admission and when called reception and explained the requirement they requested for a call back from hotel and within a minute Manish connected to us and worked out best rates. Everything was arranged very well. Check in and check out was contactless and all the details were requested before arrival. Well maintained hotel. Transport services from hotel was very helpful and smooth. On day of departure we were surprised by Mohnish and courteous reception team with a cake for my bday which was next day when i won’t be celebrating with them still they took effort to get my childhood memories back. God bless you all.

This stay couldn’t have been better. Very well maintained hotel , superb location , peaceful place - you are confused at times if you are in bangalore or in outskirts where there isn’t any noise pollution. By far the best place in bangalore seen. Online booking was great and simple with lot of deals provided , Bharath from hotel travel system was very kind and generous for upgrade as well. Check in to check out everything was smooth and very well arranged. Special shout out to lobby manager Mohnish who helped us twice in a single day to guide on locations and procure medicine late evening for my partner. He was very kind and a professional gentleman. They had also arranged for small chocolate box as a souvenirs to carry back as memories since box had hotel name to remember through out. Perfect stay and can’t wait to be back here. Thank you all

A huge thanks to Mohnish and entire team there for their very kind and courteous assistance in making our anniversary celebration so perfect. We both would like to applaud the impeccable hospitality and service provided by reception manager who was very kind , Mohnish has left a lasting impression on us and made beautiful memories. Booking system to check in to check out everything was excellent. Spacious room and very well maintained hotel Security boys were very helping nature. It’s not a hotel only but it’s hotel with great team which makes an experience.

When we asked to arrange a vehicle for a nearby drop after checking in as we are 2 women and informed did not know the layout of Bangalore well. We were provided a vehicle with caveat hurry we need the vehicle for other guests. At the restaurant when asked to serve coffee during a meal the staff was busy serving other tables and forgot about us until we went to chef at the counter and requested again

I’m a platinum member of Accor. I have stayed in various brands if Accor. Of which this place lacked on the service aspect. Rooms are good, ambience is wonderful. But the front desk people are so lethargic to deal with. They don’t care about customer service and every time we need wait for more 30-45 mins to get a response. When we raised this complaint- their response was we are under staffed. This is not acceptable.

Was staying in Grand Mercure to visit family nearby and also work remotely. I booked the room with breakfast option. The restaurant downstairs serves breakfast and it was very good. The Gym was well equipped as well. Room service was great. Very cordial and friendly front desk staff and they help you with little details. Its a bit pricey, but totally worth it. Will stay here again.

We stayed at Grand Mercure for 2 nights. Booked 1 Bedroom Suite. What went well: Staffs including housekeeping were friendly and co-operative. Areas of Improvement or could have been better: Being an Accor group member was expecting a warm welcome but it was not what I expected from my past experiences at other Accor group hotels. Checked in around 11 pm with 10 months old infant but room was not ready. Requested the front desk person for the required stuff or amenities and then he arranged for. Next day morning, I had a chat with Mr. Mohnish about my experiences till then at the hotel. As he promised, from then onwards they tried to make my stay pleasant. First impression is the last impression for many of us but in this case last impression was great so just reducing a star from the overall rating towards areas of improvement. So, it started with the flaw but they took care of each and everything as and when there was a request placed. About the room: Quiet spacious rooms with balcony. It has a kitchen ready to access (I prepared food for my baby). Location: Good. Accessible Dining Area: Good. They did Temperature check at the gate and kept sanitizers keeping pandemic situation in mind. Thought of doing SPA but due to time crunch we were unable to. Overall, great stay.

Good property with super slow staff

Yes it’s correct what my title says. It’s from one of the good properties of All Accor in Bangalore. But the staff is super slow and dumb. Except Ms. Richa at front desk rest of all the staff members are super slow and dumb. They don’t know how to do billing at the restaurant and they don’t know the procedure of billing the All Accor member. Then next morning I found that toiletries kept aren’t proper so asked to bring new toiletries and guess what it took them more than half an hour with 6 reminders. And even after 6 reminders I din get what I asked for. Resulting I skipped my breakfast as I was getting late for airport. My advice is to work on good and on time service rather than saying sorry.
