Location, staff behaviour everything is good. But the property seems too old for Mercure standards. The room, the lift, bathroom fittings everything is outdated. I ws given a room as per my choice of floor and view, but the hotel is in need of a renovation. Also the basment parking is not given for the customers. It's been used for staff parking and storage. It was strange that for a five start hotel resturant, they didn't have a drings menu for redeeming the welcome drink vouchers that was given as per the gold membership privileges.
