A very good value for money. The room is tied and cozy, configurable, all the necessarily gadgets are there the staff is friendly. The location is great. Nearby there's a mall, the railway not far away 10 minutes walk. The room itself is clean.

It is within walking distance of Warsaw West train station and many public transportation stops. It is well-maintained and has everything a traveler needs. The breakfast is great. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Decided to stay here for four nights with my friend as we were in Warsaw to see a band on his birthday and wanted somewhere affordable and with decent transport connections. The hotel is simple but clean and easy to get around, and it's right next to the Ibis hotel, which we'd often visit for a beer in the evenings. It's about ten minutes away from a train station that can get you to the centre of Warsaw in a few minutes, and there's a bus stop right outside. If you're after luxury and all the mod cons it won't be the hotel for you, but for the price we paid and what we expected we can't complain at all. One thing we found a bit odd was that the shower wasn't in the bathroom, and it had a see-through door, which we didn't expect in a twin room. But it was easy enough to just warn the other when we were having a shower.

Good value but the worst front desk ever. Konrad (the guy) was very rude, he refused to help my parents because they did not speak fluent English—yeah he probably thought his English was fabulous :). He made a mistake and told me i had three night’s reservation but i only booked for one night. He insisted i had three nights and kept asking me to pay. I took out my confirmation email saying it is 1 night, then he said ok he fixed it on his side. And he did not even said sorry nor telling me he was looking at a wrong hotel. Inside, he started complaining it was my parents fault in the beginning that they dont speak English. And his fault was ok because he is a human… Excuse me? We are the guests, you are asking us to pay for your fault without even saying sorry when we proved that you were wrong? Btw he said their company (ibis) doesnt have an email that i could file my complaint, so— here we go. I will share this review every where. Konrad, if you dont like being at the front desk, just find another job and stop bullying tourists:)
