We always stay in Ibis Bata during our transit offshore to and from our rotational work. No drinking water always in the eating area. I am always asking for drinking water in the morning and the service is very slow - I asked water at 5:45 am and 1 medium sized bottled water was presented to us at 6:00 am for us to consume during our breakfast. The food is limited also in the breakfast area and being served at past 6:00 am when it should be better if served 5:30 am as we are leaving at 6:00 am. One coffee equipment also failed and the attendants have to fixed it while we are waiting...

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. We have an early breakfast that starts at 4 AM. According to Ibis standards, this breakfast is composed of hot drink ( coffee, chocolate and tea), bottle of water, fruit juice and pastry. To satisfy Trident guests, and in agreement with Trident Management, we added boiled eggs, fruits, cheese, and cold meat. That goes far beyond Ibis standards. In all our rooms, we put one bottle of small water, which is free. If the guest want another bottle of water, he can ask to the front desk and pay for it. At Ibis, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Please rest assured that we will ensure that the early breakfast time is respected, and served at 04 AM We appreciate your sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future. Overall need improvement in Internet service, some floors work the Internet and after I complain two days later no progress. So I have to move floor.

i really enjoyed my stay in ibis when ever i am in bata. the workers are very respectfull and the place is always tidy. to be hornest the only issue i have is not really an issue. its about break fast. i usually go out for business at 5:30am and break fast sometimes not ready at that our. thank you God bless you

Though I stay for a very short time at the Ibis Bata,but nevertheless it is very comfortable, especially the warm smile of Mr Kofe at reception just takes the tiredness away of two days air traveling.

The service is great at the hotel. Checking and check out were quick and easy. Breakfast was acceptable. The rooms are still not up to what the charges are. I guess this will never change as it is the design of the hotel. The internet is not fast enough. You can barely connect to wifi from the third floor.

As usual, the personnel is great. Checking in and out was fast as usual. Very friendly people working at this hotel. But as for the Hotel itself: The rooms still have the same smell, the internet is not very fast, the food in the menu still not the best.
