Very worst experience on last time I stayed one day night. I got Room # 201, but the WiFi totally not working inside the room and the room full of dusty. I reported to reception regarding about WiFi but no response.

I have been staying at the Ibis Bata for several years, but in that time I have not seen any improvements to the rooms.

Very worst and very bad, they didn't provide welcome drink even though I informed to Supervisor. But he didn't response. The rooms are very dirty and full of dust not cleaned properly and i got dust allergy. Now I am suffering for cold and fever. The bed covers are dirty they didn't replace bed cover. Overall, very bad. I am not recement this hotel to any one.
