Not the best if traveling with just friends

The hotel was clean and the staff were nice. The only problem, as we were traveling as two friends, is that the shower is in the room and not separated for privacy. Even the toilet had a very thin door and didn’t lock, so it was easy to hear all bathroom noises. Luckily they had a main toilet in the lobby, so for one night we made it work, but for friends on a longer trip, it likely doesn’t provide enough privacy. The location is decent though as it’s a 5 minute walk from the metro, which is then less than 10 minutes to the main area in Vienna!

We stayed at Ibis Budget which is close to metro station,within five minutes walking distance and also with a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby. Two supermarkets around the corner, in 3 and 5 min away. Clean and spacious room, it is exactly what you need for a short stay, everyday cleaning. Nice and decent breakfast. I recommend it

Nice hotel, budget clearly in the name. I was staying there as it was close to Prater amusement park so that’s one good point if you’re willing to stay somewhere near one of the main attractions. However my main issue was that my shower has nothing to hold the actual shower as it was broke so basically water was going everywhere and directly into the middle area of my body (shown in image below). The toilet light was automatic not one where you can switch it on and off which annoyed me which didn’t help for sleep and I was waiting ages for light to go off. Probably won’t stay there again

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of two metro stops. My small room was very clean. The check in and check out procedures were efficient and quick. I didn’t get the breakfast since I had to leave for the airport by 6:30am. The price seemed high for such a basic room, but I suppose that’s Vienna.
