The hotel had good reviews so we booked it, the unprofessionalism was unfolded when we reached the hotel and it was under renovation, they didn't even have the courtesy to inform us about the same, further they did not give us room keys and we had to request the staff to open the room everytime we went out. No wifi and the reason given was system failure. On my 15 day euro trip the worst experience I had. Rooms are very small with no amenities, no toiletries, it's like a glorified hostel. My experience zero out of 10

We had a very enjoyable experience in this hotel right from the momemt we booked. The staff were helpful both before we went and during our stay. The facilities were first class with free water available each day in a room fridge. We chose to have our evening meals in the hotel and the staff willingly accomodated our minor requests to suit our health factors. Taxis were arranged to meet us from the airport and take us back. Everything was efficiently organised but in a friendly and relaxed manner. The breakfasts were a bit expensive but there was plenty of choice. The location is excellent near to shops, the underground, the boats, the main sightseeing places. Excellent.

I’ll try to summarize everything I found about this hotel: Pros: -Location is unbeatable. Not in the busy center, but very very close. -Good size rooms. -Staff are great. -coffee, tea, and water free and refurbished every single day. - there is a spar supermarket few steps away, and we bought breakfast every morning from there for decent price instead of having hotel breakfast. Cons: -In construction zone. If you need to open the windows, it will not be quite, starting 7 am. - I found a few dirty things: one dirty towel. The toilet seat had few “yellow spots”. But as usual, I clean the toilets in every hotel before using. The carpet has some burned spots although it was a nonsmoking room. - the room was not vacuumed every day. - breakfast was expensive. - one coffee spoon was dirty on the first day I personally recommend this hotel and will definitely comeback despite the cons.

Our room was uncomfortably hot being on an upper floor, the large window in the roof was angled upwards and acted as a radiator and was too hot to touch by the end of the day. The air-conditioning was totally inadequate. We raised the issue on the first day and every day following having got very little sleep for the first 3 nights. Not until out fourth night were we provided with a fan. The hotel is aware of the problem but seemingly not prepared to do anything about it. During our stay in the first week of June the days were quite warm but in the height of summer the heat in the room would have been unbearable. The room was much smaller than expected and very cluttered. There was only one drawer in the room which knocked over the flimsy bedside table when opened. The breakfast was very disappointing. The bread selection was very good and the cooked meats and cheese selection fine. However, there was a poor selection of fresh fruit, cereals and cooked items, especially on the Monday when a lot of things had obviously run out. Definitely not worth the 24 Euros which the breakfast cost if purchased separately. The free Wifi was also very hit and miss. The staff were very pleasant and friendly and we had a really good meal of BBQ Chicken wings on the last night.
