Ashraf has been the perfect person to service our room. He was very patient and gave fantastic service. Very helpful and left the room very clean and tidy. We were on the 4th floor Room 407. I rate him 10 out Of 10. Ashraf was very attentive and made sure the room met the standards required

Shubham from housekeeping really looked after us and kept our rooms clean to highest standard. He surely needs to be considered for promotion. All the bedding was clean and any request for extra bedding was alway fulfilled. Please consider promoting him as he is very hardworking.

Shubham the house cleaner is an amazing and polite person. He was very helpful. Shubham did a fantastic cleaning and bed making in our room. We stayed in room 508. I highly recommend him and he definitely deserves a promotion. Keep it up Shubham.

This hotel used to be a stand out once upon a time. The estate feels tired now, but that can be made up for with excellent service and staff. Alas, not the case... First the good bits - the restaurant staff, house keeping and poolside were all nice, friendly and helpful. Courteous and attentive. Unfortunately, all those good bits were completely and utterly overshadowed by the attitude and conduct of staff at reception/check-in. They were rude, inattentive and lackadaisical. Made me - and many others - feel like we were an inconvenience to their social lives. At a busy time I queued up for 15 minutes, to be "seen" by a girl in reception who barely looked at me, as she was so obviously busy with WhatsApp on her mobile phone. And this was not a one off - this sort of thing happened at each interaction with the reception desk. They also messed up our reservation dates, all because of an additional day. Despite umpteen explanations to all categories of staff, they could not fathom a way to understand how one day can be added to a reservation, even though we had done it correctly. The whole thing was an utter shambles and left a horrible memory for us. Never again, which is a shame because the other members of staff were nice enough. The front desk was was incompetent, arrogant and frankly worse than useless. Sorry not sorry!

Good hotel, many irritants

1) Reservation process of terrible. Reservation Manager refused to get on a call to answer some questions I had about travelling with my dog. Instead just send me a pet policy pdf. Refused my request for a call twice in writing, over email. 2) Reservations number was never answered. IVRS system would pass the phone and would keep ringing. 3) I was charged higher rates for my pet's food. Menu said Rs 399, but I was charged Rs 549 without informing me. And on one day, for the same food, I was charged Rs 1048. 4) I had requested clarifications about this on the evening before checking out so that my early check out in the morning is not delayed. No clarification was provided and I had to wait 30 mins at checkout. No resolution was provided, so finally I left by false invoices. 5) I had provided a GST number while checking in. The invoice was no kept ready with that GST number. I had to provide it again while checking out. 6) Shower had only hot scalding water. The mixer was not working. 7) Wifi was fluctuating constantly.
