Quiet place, good size room. Bathroom very basic with no shower stall. Slight smell in the room, unclear what.

Very good welcome, even with a very late arrival. Charles' service was excellent. The car park overlooking the hotel is very practical.

Great location, safe parking, nice staff but tiny room

The hotel is nice and the staff were friendly and helpful but the room was ridiculously tiny - I could not walk straight between my side of the bed and the wall/window, I had to walk sideways (and I am not a big person)! The rest of the room was also very limited space-wise and not easy to manoeuvre around, but do-able for just one night. We loved Nancy itself and the rest of the hotel was great, especially the nice outside courtyard in the middle of the hotel but the room was just too small.

Staff are very friendly. Our kids are very surprised that they received chocolate for Easter from hotel. And the hotel organise a hunting in the garden. During the afternoon, we enjoyed free coffee and free popcorn in the lobby, while kids playing watching TV. Thank you for this :)
