Previos trips my booking has lounge access (evening), complimentary laundry and even executive room. THis time they said only premium room and no benefits at all. It is deeply confusing .

The reachability of reception is sporadic. They disconnect phone in the middle of the conversation. The mattresses on the bed are too soft not comfortable.
