I was a little disappointed with the no hot water in the main bathroom, we all had to use the ensuite. I did complain but told it takes time to travel upstairs, that was disappointing. We also had no aircon in the attic room, for the first night of our stay as the maintenance repair people could not fix, my children found it hard to sleep as it was very warm in the attic room. Also having no heated spa was also very disappointing when you paying $600+ a night you expect the facilities to be well maintained, or letting the guest know prior to booking. Misleading information. The games room should be free, you would find a lot more children in there!! Ridiculous you have to pay for usage!! You don’t put that on your website!!! Again misleading. I would not stay again.

We have stayed at The Sebel Busselton a few times now. Absolutely love the facilities. The rooms are so clean and well equipped. Amazing location. The reason for my rateing of 7 purely comes down to our bad experience with the Accor Club presentation. Going to that was fine, we have been to one previously. However, on this particular occasion we had a bad experience with Ivy. She was incredibly pushy and when we finally put our foot down after an hour and a half with no sign of her letting up, she really turned on us and the attitude from her and the looks she gave were quiet disgusting. Our kids had come out of the kids club to find us, they were over it and so were we. I politely said "I'm sorry but this isn't for us so we are going to leave now" and the rudeness from her was quiet shocking. The big happy over selling act she put on at the start was clearly over. Other then that we loved our stay and are already talking about when we will return.
