But please keep after the cleaning to get rid of some small insects in my room.

We do our best to prevent this issue as much as possible; however, due to our location near a forest, insects may occasionally enter despite all measures, for example through opened windows or via the hotel’s central ventilation system. Please be assured that we treat this matter very seriously and continue to address it actively. We are also truly sorry that the Wi-Fi speed did not fully meet your expectations. We are aware of this issue and would like to assure you that, considering the size of the hotel, we operate with the strongest available connection. During periods of higher occupancy, the network may occasionally slow down due to heavy usage. Good parking, polite reception. Repeatedly there is a problem with noise coming from bathroom all day and especially NIGHT there is ventilation very loud sound that never stops. Its very inconvenient and I stayed in multiple rooms and happens everytime. When I told reception about it they said they know nothing about it but its always there and is sometimes really that loud that it wakes you from sleep or you cant sleep at all without earplugs. Really very unnecessary inconvenience in quite pleasant hotel.

The hotel is a bit old, but still fine. Breakfast and lobby a great, staff is friendly. It's a bit far from the city centre but there is a public transport next to hotel.
